The only fault I have was one bolt was missing for the head light and fender. I had hardware at home so this was not a problem. I am impressed with how well it performs and the power of the bike. This is my first E-bike, purchased due to an upcoming hip replacement. I was amazed at the packaging that this bike came in. I never had a package that was packed so well. AFter taking the bike out of the package, it took me about an hour to put it together. I could have done this quicker, but I had to keep shifting my self around from the pain. The battery was charged upon arrival, However, I suggest recharging it with the charger again.I took it out for a quick spin bfefore it started to rain. Very happy so far. Such a fun and easy ride. Good value. Had a little more setup than some of my other bikes, but nothing complicated, and there were easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions. Very quick in PAS 2 and above. I am ~210 and got it up to 28MPH in PAS 5, throttle only on flat land. Might have had a little tailwind as well. Battery is fine, but I got this for it's pep and top speed and am not disappointed. The look is great and the bike has a really nice ride, easily picking up speed. ... show more

I just received the bike and test rode it and was really wowed! Even without the power assist on, it's super effortless to pedal with just the shifter gears, and the fork damping makes the ride a comfortable mess. I'm 5'9" and weigh 200 pounds, and the bike held up perfectly, and the pickup was super fast and the steering was super nimble.
