Well-built and battery last longer than you can ride the bike (my seat gets tired). Only negative is there no operating instructions on how to efficiently utilize the bike, had to ride it for many miles to figure out best power settings and speed to maximize the battery. Recommend buy for sure!

I've ridden ebikes for over 4 yrs now. This bike is heavy it's meant for light trails and asphalt roads. It's pick up is decent 80 n m will pull you up a decent incline. It does stated Max speed. Brakes are spongy not my favorites. Get a new seat ! Cloud 9 is a good one !! as the ride can be rough on the back. It's built well but suspension on front leaves Alot to be desired and nothing on back. . . I'm writing this after 100 miles on new bike i wanted to give an honest review. So in general bike is decent. My only complaint is the unnecessary emails I've had to write like 5 or 6 now with same info and complaint over and over and over again. The rubber plug on charging port was ripped off somehow ? They keep asking me how ? I don't know other customers stated the same in there reviews so apparently it's an issue with shipping.you asked 3 times now you don't believe me ??. I took immediate pictures unboxing. after they requested info I sent all necessary documents information and pictures of missing rubber on charging port on bike frame last WK. . Today they emailed me and they again ask if I need plug. Today again I said yes I need this frustrating !! when you buy a 900.00 bike and they string you along for simple 50 cent item. It only Led me to ask myself what if it was something else more serious went wrong? How would they handle this ask yourself ? . It's unexcusable almost 2 wks and still no answer or plug just emails asking if I still need a rubber plug I have tape over it for now unreal. And they don't get back in there claimed times.     • Uncontrollable power. Full speed or nothing. AND range is 105KM, not MILES...

This bike seems to have one speed only...very fast. I can't even peddle fast enough to keep up with the surging motor as the PAS kicks in. I have to stop peddling to disengage the motor, and then as I try to peddle again it does the samething...it surges uncontrollable.

It is a new model U8 and there is no tech info got flat tire in less than 100 mi. not very happy not sure what to do with it ...Service is near impossible to get help with talks a big game .....although there are some good points

Great e-bike except for the fact there is no real pedal assist… when you pedal the bike goes to the top speed regardless of what level you have it set on. I set the bike to pedal assist 1 and as soon as I began to pedal the bike went to 28 mph. Just be aware when purchasing this bike you will have use the throttle if you do not want to go full speed when riding. I wish this would’ve been clear in the description.
