It was very easy because it comes partially assembled. As for usage, I bought it for daily use, and it has been working well for me. I usually ride about 5 miles with it, and the battery lasts up to two days. I often use it on speed 3 because my route has some steep streets. I am also very satisfied with the support. Just purchased two of these. They were well-packaged and easy to put together. We have two Priority Current commuter ebikes so I am familiar with what a good ebike is. I'm favorably impressed with these little, inexpensive ebikes. They function very well and have plenty of power. I'm 6' and my wife is 5'4". Bikes work really well. They have plenty of power and the battery's last a long time. We don't even use power level 3, power level 2 is plenty fast for us , plus we like the "power assist" and doing some of the pedaling ourselves. Power level 3 would be faster than I could pedal. The assembly was easy, took my wife and I about 1/2 hr.. The only complaint I have is that the users manual is a little sketchy, and we had to figure out some of the functions thru trial and error. All up though it's a good bike for a really good deal 👍 ... show more

I purchased 2 of these bikes for my daughters. Right from the beginning, the batteries would not last more than 15-20 min. I contacted customer service immediately. At first they seemed so eager to help but now 5 weeks later, I am still trying to get new batteries. They promised to send them the first week but repeatedly sent me list of things they needed to me to do. Not sure if they strung it out long enough so the 30 day return window closed? I demanded new batteries to be overnighted to me and threatened to take legal action. They agreed to send them so I guess we will see! My girls love the bikes, which are very fast!
