Purchased for my son, 13 years old, 5'4", 110lbs. Bike fits him well and he is easily able to maneuver and ride the bike. Bike looks great and was easy to assemble. We have only had it for a week but seems rugged and he has already put 30 miles on the bike. The bike advertises 28 mph but he has been unable to get it above 20mph ( which is plenty fast for a 13 year old), The only realt negative is the tail light, super small and battery operated. I ended up purchasing 2 aftermarket ones and attached both of them to the seat base. I'll update in a month...

I have put 60 miles on the bike so far and love it. It is a bad ass looking bike that performs well. The 4 inch knobby tires make the ride smooth and versatile (bike path or dirt) Quality is high, packaging was first class and assembly was fairly easy. I use PAS mode usually in speed 2 or 3. I have not tested the full milage range yet but pretty sure I could easily get 50 miles I added a water bottle and mirror. Since the handle bar is not actually round it was difficult to get them securely mounted

Very good bike for standard riding. Bike goes a little bit slower then a regular (non fat tired) mountain bike but all in all everything else is really solid. Battery life is pretty good.

I am really impressed with this Isinwheel M10 Plus Electric Bike. Very sturdy, solid and fast. It comes with very easy to follow instructions (all tools included) and took about 30-45mins to assemble. The controls are easy to use and has a good screen display with speed, Pedal assist mode, etc. It has a very big bright headlight (larger than most e-bikes) and bike reflectors on both wheels and behind seat for safety. The wheels are wide and going over grass, up hills, and dirt terrain is a breeze. The power and speed is impressive like a moped and has great braking and control. Be careful going too fast with the throttle before you get your footing and experience with this bike...the bike is fast. Great heavy duty mountain e-bike that can go off road with plenty of power.

The issues all started when I was riding the M10 Plus Electric Bike and the left pedal came completely off; I almost had an accident after this and the threading was stripped pretty badly. I immediately tried to call the 1-800 number I found online—but was met with a pre-recorded message stating that due to the recent influx of calls, there was no one available to address my concerns. Opting for email, I heard back from someone a few days later. I quickly realized that this company did not have quality customer support. At one point, I was told to go to a hardware store and buy thread glue and try to re-attach the left pedal myself and that I would be reimbursed up to $30. I requested to speak with a supervisor—which was never granted. Photo evidence was requested of me which I sent promptly. After 2 weeks plus of emails and waiting, I was told that I would be getting a replacement shipped to my home. Then I requested the tracking information and found out that the parts would be coming from China. Still don’t have the parts and it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I’ve had the issue with the left pedal. On top of that, I was told that I would need to purchase the tools needed to replace the left pedal bar/pedal myself since the toolkit didn’t include the tools necessary for the pedal bar replacement—which I made them aware of. I do not recommend.

I can’t tell you how much I like this bike. I’ve never had an electric bike before and I can tell you that this is by far one of the best ones I’ve ever ridden or seen being ridden around me. The bike was very easy to assemble and is incredibly sturdy. I am 6’4” and weigh 285 pounds and it holds me very easily.

Very well packaged, assembly time about 45 minutes, tools included, better instruction manual than usual. I have ridden 32 miles so far, still on first charge. The fat tires and front shocks make riding over rough terrain so much more comfortable. Pleanty of power. Love this bike, so much fun! Brings pleasure back to biking for this almost 70 yr. old with arthritic knees.
