It's a great bike! I would say buy mirrors and put slime in the tire tubes before getting into traffic. This is way too good of a bike at it's price I got it at. It's literally a steal on wheels lmao. So far it has worked great. I had a bit of trouble getting it charged . We'll i thought I did. It was my mistake . It fulley charge in less time than stated. I emailed support and they responded by the next morning. Im still on my first charge. Good quality parts and we'll designed and product. 19.8 mph is my max speed just like they said. Plenty fast enough. I would recommend to anyone new to e-cycling. Oh yeah , I really like the color. ... show more

Assembly was quick and easy thanks to the clear instruction booklet and the included tool kit, which had everything I needed.     • My brakes squeak

It actually wasnt easy to put together even with the instructional video.The frame is nice and sturdy and currently enjoying it getting me from point A to B.Im not a very bike saavy/or knowledgeable when it comes to bikes at all.However after assembling it myself.I found it didnt come with the screwdriver -so a tool was missing.So was a spring and my brakes squeak.Ive taken it to a bike shop and had to pay 150$ for a inspection but they ignored my brakes and Ill have to go back.The bike is easy to charge it comes with a set of keys to remove the charger which is helpful and Ive road probably 8-10 miles on a full charge with some battery leftover.The monitor that shows the speed lost a screw and wasnt easy to tighten but the screw itself cost me 50 cents.The fenders were cheap and bent and plastic-e.I just threw them away since they couldnt be attached safely.My friend whom is knowledgeable agrees its a "nice starter bike" but wants me to get something "better within a year",but I need this to last longer so we will see. ... show more

    • Easily assembled, lots of packaging, be prepared to adjust EVERYTHING for the first week of riding.
Worth every penny, easy assembly. My back tire has not popped yet and I've gotten it about three feet in the air so... We will see. Tires weren't best quality but not poor either. As a grown man who hasn't owned a bike since I was a teenager, this was an excellent experience.

Purchased bike with fenders and rear rack. The rear rack was not designed for this bike and the struts to support the rack are too short. I contacted Isinwheel and they said their Amazon representative would get back to me, However Isinwheel never responded. I then contacted Amazon who said Isinwheel would contact me back. They did and wanted details and a picture which I supplied. No response for my request for a $50 refund for the defective bike rack. The bike was a gift so the recipient got a bike that was not what we purchased. ... show more
