The media could not be loaded. My wife and I are intrigued by the capability of electric bikes and scooters. We currently own 2 e-bikes and 2 scooters at home and we love the convenience it offers for the local commute and a great companion during the trips when we carry in our car. This is 3rd scooter for us but it is one of the unique kind and high tech too. We are impressed by this scooter for sure but there are definitely some cons that need to be considered before getting this. My detailed comments are below after using it for a week and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an e-scooter in this form factor & price range. My 2 cents are below: Pros: - This scooter ride is very smooth overall on the plain terrain - Has a maximum speed of around 18.6 MPH. I am not sure about you but riding a scooter over 15MPH is something my wife and I both don't prefer for safety reasons and hence it delivers as per our needs. It has a 350W high-power motor and immediately catches the speed on pressing the trigger - Ride modes can be changed via the app too - Great build quality overall - The mobile app is one of the key highlights for this scooter. Connects easily and has tons of features/control to explore. Seeing scooter statistics is a nice feature (Picture attached) - Digital HD led display is very fancy and intuitive - Brake in both from and rear wheels worked great overall for sudden and usual brakes while riding it - The platform has a non-skid rubber coating making it easy to get a grip while riding - Single button control makes it easy to operate (Single/Double/Triple clicks changes everything) - Headlight LEDs are bright enough for night rides as well. We usually tend to ride in the evening or when it is about to get dark and hence we liked this - Taillight is battery operated too and works with the brake to make it easier to ride in the dark - Overall this e-scooter looks fancy and targets youth customers. It would be a great choice for anyone in the '20s-30s - 8.5'' tires have good grip overall and we did not feel it skidding as if now - Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle - It is easy to charge with the access point in a nice area. It charged from zero to full in around 5 hours and I found it to be true to what the manufacturer claims - Comes very well packed and there was no damage at all - Scooter comes in big packaging with most of the assembly already in place. Just had to fit some parts and screw them up. It was overall an easy assembly and the scooter was ready to use in less than 5 minutes - Detailed manual provided and should cover any question you may have during use - Manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty on the scooter (however battery has 6 months warranty only) - Very reasonably priced in this category of product and it is a bank for the bucks considering the looks of these - Scooter is foldable making it portable to carry around Cons: - 17 miles of range is not the best in the competition even in the 350W motor category. My other scooter tends to give a 22-23 miles range with a similar capacity motor. The battery is 7.5Ah in this compared to 10Ah in my other scooter - This scooter is only meant for city plain terrain. It can handle up to 20 degree upward slopes but that is not practical in the real world - Display visibility is not very great in sunlight and it gets difficult to read sometimes - Why manual horn in an e-scooter? I would prefer a digital one - The display shows up 3 modes ideally but only the Economy and Sport modes are functional even with the mobile app. There is no way to change to drive (D) mode ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Needed to upgrade from the M365 version/ Swagger 5. Great and reliable even as refurbished but short on distance. Got the S10plus as a gift. Wanted a scooter with larger battery, more than 500W with turn signals, 10 inch tires and suspension. The S10plus checked off the boxes. In the pics it shows how the larger tires and the longer/wider deck and higher handlebar make this a much bigger scooter. It weighs 40 something pounds not extremely heavy but heavier than the Swagger. Better battery: 42v 15 ah vs 36v 7.8 ah battery. Solid build. Easy to assemble just connecting the handlebar out of the box. The wider foot board is helpful with my size 11 feet, more room. The front suspension works great with the 10 inch tires. Ran over rough city bumps. You do feel the lack of rear suspension with more vibration. Not sure why Isinwheel chose no rear suspension at this price point, caught the sale thankfully. Rear motor 750w is a learning curve. Tap throttle lightly and stand quickly on the board or the front jumps up. Display screen is color and easy to decifer icons. Only option is to press Power button ex: 1 short press Headlights on, 2 short press Level change, 3 short presses changes Mph to Km vice versa, long press Power button on/off. The turn signals chirp when you manually press them, also helps alert people if they're actually listening/watching. Plus you can see the yellow turn signal icons on the screen. The levels are Walk, 1 , 2 and 3. 3mph, 7 mph, 15 mph and 21 mph. On level 2 15 mph got about 23 miles approximately on streets and about five decent grade hills. Motor is stronger as I maintained about 13mph going up the hills. Not lagging like on the Swagger with smaller motor on the same hills. It's not intended to be the fastest scooter. It's to give strong motion power and travel a decent distance. Fast scooters are of course much more money and higher wattage even 2 motored with hefty sticker prices. The brake levers are left (front) right (rear). The front is an actual disc set - up. The rear is I guess you would call an enertia-slowing braking system. It slows you down when motor is in motion though it doesn't grip to instantly stop the motor (Video). Odd set-up mainly because the front brake is tight and instantly stops. Head first braking too hard on a hill seems more likely if one doesn't understand this system of braking. Folding requires releasing an ebike-like clip then pull outward and there's a small connector latch to pull back out the way. Press handlebar down and try to securely click in-place. Similar to the Swagger handle lock in-place feature. I find this one isn't as secure because the handlebar moves once the handlebar rests down. Maybe the clip is upside down. But if you move the wrong way it comes off the hook much too easily. Make sure it's secure as you lift or you are dropping that lower half accidently. Cruise control is available in the App to turn on or off. I found it unsafe for me so I turned it off. It has an App through Bluetooth that is hit or miss. Contacted customer service, they requested multiple videos of the "No bluetooth pairing mode" issue. They tried to help but it's time consuming. Wish they just included step by step instructions on how to activate scooter Bluetooth, it's not automatic. Got App connected two days later by just trying again and tapping power button 8 times while on, two beeps sound and the app recognized the scooter. Day after was confirmed by customer service. Warning> App disconnects frequently. On then off then connects then disconnects. Locking scooter in App might leave you stranded or waiting till App reconnects. Use at your own risk. Overall I'm happy about this scooter and the features. Customized both. The S10plus has the brake lever grip covers and the kickstand cover. ... show more

I had purchased the iSinwheel S9 Pro to complement the eScooter i9 that we had purchased a few months earlier. We had a good experience with the eScooter but wanted an upgraded experience with the iSinwheel S9 Pro. The package arrived before Christmas, and we were able to unpack and use the iSinwheel Scooter. The product has a very smooth ride with the inflatable tires. We also like regenerative brake on the left-side of this Scooter. All was going well until we started getting "E19" Errors. This error is related to the braking system. I had reached out to iSinwheel Support and they had called me back the next day! They had let know that someone from Support would reach out by e-mail. Soon after, Jessica had reached out to me and she was able to send out a replacement part for the braking system. She also sent a video on how to replace the braking system. Since the Scooter was still under return policy, they were able to send out replacement right away. We received the new Scooter within days. Even though we had to contact Support, this was handled well and we are still enjoying our iSinwheel S9 Pro Scooter! ... show more
