I’ve been using this bike for a while now and overall I’m really happy with it. The motor is very powerful — it easily handles hills and reaches good speed without much effort. The battery life is also impressive, especially if you use pedal assist, it can last a long time. One of my favorite things is how comfortable it is. The full suspension and fat tires make the ride smooth even on rough roads or sand, and the step-thru design makes it super easy to get on and off. The hydraulic brakes are a big plus — they feel safe and responsive. On the downside, the bike is quite heavy, so it’s not easy to carry or move around when it’s off. Also, while the quality is good for the price, it doesn’t feel like a high-end brand. Charging time is a bit long as well. Overall, I think it’s a great value for the price. If you’re looking for a powerful and comfortable e-bike for daily use or longer rides, this is a solid option.

Overall I'm quite happy with the bike. It's sufficient to get me back and forth to work, possibly a trip to the store on the way home if I can charge it at work. The range isn't close to advertised if you're not in a flat area, but I am 200lbs and can travel about 15 very hilly miles on throttle at levels 3-5. I dial down to level 3 on the steepest hills. It takes longer, but the battery needs it. Charge time is really nice though, I'm usually seeing full within 4 hours. Rides well, the throttle isn't super jerky, brakes work well, horn is loud, headlight is okay but could be brighter. I'm also 6'4, this bike fits me VERY well, so if you're under 6 foot, this may be too much for you. It's big. It's heavy. If you got stairs, probably don't. Assembly was mostly a breeze, but the rear rack really Really didn't want to go on. It took a good amount of time, and a rainbow of vocabulary. Now the elephant in the room. The PAS is not speed limited like the throttle is. This is a documented problem, contact customer support and they will (after a little bit of work) send a new controller to fix this problem. I'm most of the way through that process now, and am awaiting shipment about 3 days after initial contact. TLDR: Nice bike, good price, solid ride. Very big. Pretty heavy. Hills kill range quickly. Contact customer service if your PAS is not working as it should. Impressions after a week or so, would buy again, will update after some time. First Update: After several emails, where customer service attempted to get me to take various photos and videos, I was sent the controller. Sending a screenshot from their website with a review documenting the same issue helped expedite the process. The new controller arrived, at no cost to me, after about a week.

Very nice bike. I've had it a few months and haven't had any issues. It charges well and rides well on trails through the woods. I use it for hunting and have enjoyed having it.

The forks aren't that strong kinda feels wobbly when taking corners at speed and there is nothing to do about it. When the bike arrived the bike is in full power pedal assist no matter what mode you are in and they do not have a part to replace that they can send me. However they did refund $50 for my troubles and said when the part comes in they will send me the part, we'll see. I bought this bike realizing it would one day be a platform for a camping ebike.

I bought two for my 14-year-old sons, who love this bike. Overall, they're very nice bikes, but too aggressive for me. What I don't like is when I turn on the assist, the bike goes 17 mph after four pedal strokes. It's practically impossible to ride slowly with the assist. If you want to go slowly, you'll have to use the throttle or not to use assist. Overall, the bike is beautiful, sturdy, and worth the money. Very powerful !

Bought this for my husband who is over weight, diabetic and sedentary! I didn't want to spend $2k on a bike shop bike and just wanted to see if he'd give it a try. He is 71 and hasn't been on a bike of any kind in over 50 years! HE LOVES IT!!! Macho man even wears a helmet!! Pros: Easy to assemble, easy to ride! Cons: Haven't found one yet!!

Overall a well built bike, but unfortunately it is smaller than the specs show and because I am 6 ft tall it is difficult to ride. Top speed is 19.5 mph. Battery only lasts for apx. 25 miles of travel. Also the back rack does not fit this bike and it does not come with the saddle bag.
