This is a great bargain: the same features as scooters costing hundreds more. The device was delivered well packaged; "asssembly" is a simple three step process and the scooter is quick, smooth and easy to operate. Only negative: there are teo levels of operation ("drive" and "Sport", not three as indicated in the description. Drive is for beginners and limits speed to 9mph, Sport has more acceleration and tops out around 20 mph. This is really all you need. Range seems to be around 9-12 miles depending on how heavy a load it carries and how aggressively you push it. The app for a phone works fine and it seems to have about 100 feet of range. This is a well designed device and is well built. We highly recommend it for a first experience or a kid's toy. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We bought this and not even two weeks of my son using it ,(he bought with his birthday money ) it stopped working. We thought it was the charger not working so we bought a new charger and nope not even with new charger it doesn’t charge .till this day seller has not resolved my problem. All they have been doing for the last 5 days is making me do troubleshooting, something that we did even before contacting them . They won’t replace it or give a refund. My son pretty much gave his birthday money to them for a piece of trash. Please don’t buy from them. No solution what so ever .it makes me pretty upset on how this ended for my son. ... show more

Great budget scooter. Will never get a flat tire again. Good to use for paved smooth city roads but if the terrain is rocky with sharp inclines then get the more expensive one with 500w and a full suspension system.

Literally a month after I bought it, it broke. I left it plugged in overnight to charge, and the next morning it wouldn't turn on. I tried calling for help, but no one was helpful. Their recommendation is to buy a new battery to see if that's the problem. I should send it to them, but they'll charge me for shipping and return, plus the cost to fix it. If you make the mistake of buying one of these, please get insurance because you're going to need it. My neighbor bought two of the same ones and has had the same problem a month later. ... show more
