Ok, I know in this day and age there is a LOT of skepticism online on whether or not reviews are real, or paid for, or what have you. I need you to understand up front that I am a real person and I was not compensated in any way for this review. At all. I've never even spoken to customer support or anything. This is an honest review from a real person. I used this product for 2 months so far to be sure I was providing good information and real results. Ok now that that's been said, here is my review, and it's gonna be lengthy: First and foremost, this does WORK. If you want a more detailed story, read on. I am male, 33 y/o, 5'6", about 145lbs (at the time of this review.) I used to be a hefty teen, reaching around 175lbs-180lbs which put me in the overweight BMI category, teetering on the edge of obese. I have since lost a lot of that weight and even made large attempts to get as lean as possible last year, but could NEVER lose the old saggy muffin top. The leanest I got myself was down to 138lbs, 14% body fat, could see my abs, and still had the muffin top. It was here to stay. I was extremely self conscious about it and kind of learned to live with it. Cut to 2020, watching a show about cosmetic surgery and lipo and I started paying attention to my body again.. I started looking into lipo costs, and that lead me to looking at Cool Sculpting. There was a facility just down the road that did this service, so I scheduled a free consultation and by the end they were looking to charge me about $5000, 2 sessions with 4 paddles. While I really wanted this, I knew I couldn't afford to do it. Dejected and disappointed, I started to look to see if there was anything similar I could do at home, fully expecting gimmicky weight loss machines that always sound too good to be true. Ran across this listing on Amazon and had relatively glowing reviews and plenty of photos. Still skeptical, I purchased this on 12/18/2020 and received it on 12/20/2020. I figure there is a 3 month money back guarantee, and if it didn't work at least it was only about $100 opposed to risking $5000 for potentially no results. I took a photo of my problem area before using this item so I could track my progress. I could feel the difference just within a week. I could feel my muffin top not spilling over the rim of my pants. I took a progress photo to admire the change and saw 0 difference and started to think I was experiencing a 'placebo' effect. I used this belt nearly daily for an hour each day. I changed nothing else. I wanted to get back into working out but I haven't. I eat sugary sweets all the time, so clearly I did not change my diet. I work a desk job so it's not like I was just walking more. I literally did not change my daily routine. I slapped this belt on while I work from home, time it for an hour, remove, lotion the frozen area and use the provided cellulite massager and really jammed it into my body (I've bruised myself, I use a lot of pressure) and massaged in circular motions for a few minutes until I deemed it sufficient and then carried on with my day. It has now been nearly 2 months and I have just started to apply a skin firming oil directly after a shower and am using a skin firming lotion to massage after the belt removal. I decided to take a progress photo to compare it to 2 months ago. I didn't really see a difference in the photos and decided to overlay them and now I feel like the visual matches how different my body feels. Photos: Looking at my provided photo you can see my pre-belt body 12/20/2020, the photo under is my current body on 2/18/21 (with the firming oil on), and at the bottom you can visually see the huge difference. I made sure to wear the same brand/size underwear to keep it as comparable as possible. To make sure my overlay image was the correct matching size as the before image I used the band with on the lower part of my underwear as this will not change with my weight/size. I know the overlay is not perfect but it's as accurate as I could possibly make it. Another EASY visual comparison that didn't occur to me at the time was to look at the branding/writing on the underwear band. The underwear in both images is the exact same size, however you can see the center "Mensuas" is not stretched as it is on the top image, and the wrap around text goes from "as" on the left to "suas", and on the right goes from 'M' to "Men". The 'pouch' area of the underwear has trim that does NOT stretch which is why this was used as the control, so see how 'Mensuas" in the center expands beyond the 'pouch' area trim and is contained within that same trim on the after. I will continue to use this belt but I am completely impressed with the difference this has made and the confidence this has given back to me. I no longer have the obvious shirt pudge above the waist of my jeans giving away the blob of fat that lies beneath. To those that claim this belt cannot get cold enough to freeze the underlying fat, you are wrong. Exercise and diet could not rid me of these fat pockets, but this belt is helping shave it off for good. ... show more

I purchased this product partly out of curiosity and partly due to the positive reviews, but of course I was a little skeptical as I always am with newer products. I have had the actual professional cool sculpting done and was not that impressed with it at all-as I had it done just twice in each area due to the cost being so expensive-(waist, arms, and thighs), and did not see any noticeable results, then and had to pay a $6000 bill to boot! I have used the Isavera Fat Freezing system 5-6 times now and all I can say is- WOW! First of all-the way that it is designed is very well thought out and for those of you that wonder 'why not just use ice packs'-this is why. It comes with a thick Velcro belt-that has two compartments inside each slot, one compartment is next to the material of the belt should you be able to tolerate the ice packs closer to your skin, and the other one has an added layer of plastic for extra protection if you are a little more sensitive to the cold. The designers have done an amazing job at creating a product that protects your skin against frost/freezer burn as much as the actual Coolsculpting machine gel pads do that they put on your skin prior to applying the machine. Make sure that you put the gel ice packs in the freezer the day prior. I lay mine flat and I actually did stack them that way in a large zip lock baggy and they froze perfectly overnight. I then sort of massaged the ice packs with my fingers so that they are not quite as stiff and form to the body a bit easier, the gel packs do not freeze COMPLETELY solid but they are frozen. Most regular ice packs typically do freeze solid -which is why you need this product and not something that ices down your sodas. After that, you place them in the 3 compartments inside the belt and Velcro the belt as tightly as you can to your waist. There will always be a little bit of a cold sting for the first ten minutes-(as with the Coolsculpting)-but after that it sort of goes numb and feels fine, even when using the slots closest to my skin. I then set my timer for one hour and went about my business at home and once the time was up I removed the belt and applied a cellulite oil-(sold separately). Next I did the massaging to break up the frozen fat cells as instructed- first with my fingers and then with the tool provided inside the kit. My stomach felt EXACTLY the same after I removed the Isavera belt as my body did when the Coolsculpting machine was removed at the clinic. The ONLY difference is that when you get Coolsculpting-the machine actually suctions in the fat-almost pinching it-which can actually be difficult to do when you only have a small area to treat. Mine kept popping off which meant they had to start all over again with the process and this was extremely frustrating at the time. The Isavera Fat Freezing belt does not suction you in-however-you can adjust the belt as tightly as you can personally tolerate. Coolsculpting should only be done every 6 weeks and remember that is a $600+ per area treatment. Isavera can be done 3 times a week and even more if you have the time...so right there I feel like it makes up for the suction of the machine. I did my upper and my lower waist on different days. After about 3 weeks my work pants- that I could not button a few weeks prior- not only BUTTONED but they buttoned comfortably. I actually was very surprised...again-being the skeptic that I am. I am CONVINCED that this product is the reason-in fact I know that it is since I had not changed my eating habits nor had I gone to the gym during that time frame. I am continuing to use this system as often as my busy schedule permits, and I am so excited that this now exists-and so is my wallet. I have already purchased all 3 sets-the waist, thighs, and arms. I just started using the others...so I will post updates soon. If you are as skeptical as I was-don't be. This invention is amazing and you won't be disappointed. Please keep in mind it isn't a miracle maker- if used as suggested it will give you great results in those hard to lose areas where fat is stored, but you still need to eat healthy and be active in some format. If you stick to this plan-I am willing to bet that you will be quite happy with the results. Be patient as best results occur in about approximately 6 weeks, but as mentioned above I did have some improvement after 3 weeks. Be sure to take your measurements and photos before you begin to compare results. I received nothing in return for my review, have no connections to the seller, and have zero reason to lie or embellish my opinion. I am a 51 year old woman-always on a hunt to improve my imperfections. I highly recommend Isavera Fat Freezing system and can't wait to update everyone with even better results after additional time passes and after I try the other 2 kits.
