I'm pretty happy with this daybed. Seems sturdy. The metal parts, the MDF, and all the screws are solid. I have no worries that it's going to fall apart. Pretty sure my floor is uneven, but I found a spot for this to go to where it wasn't teetering from one leg to the other. I fully believe it's my house. The bed was level and stable. Uh... Amazon is recommending a comment on noise level. So... No noise, I guess? The sides are a nice leather-looking vinyl. Should be easy to wipe clean if needed. If you are not a fan of exposed screws and bolts, this is not the daybed for you. It doesn't bother me much and I'll only be using it a handful of times a year when my nieces visit, so it wasn't a big deal to me. Assembly: this thing is HEAVY. Recommend two people to bring it into the house unless you want to be like me, huffing and puffing to bring it as far as the mudroom and then taking it a few pieces at a time to the spare bedroom. One person could put it together like I did, but it took a few hours. I'm glad I took a few minutes to set all the parts out and make sure I knew what each thing was because not all of the parts were labeled with stickers, and not all the numbers were used in order. Having them already laid out made it faster to grab what I needed. Mattresses: I couldn't find this answer anywhere so I guessed two 8 inch mattresses. Yes, technically they fit. But I should have gotten a 6 inch one for the bottom. An 8 inch mattress is a tight fit and it's hard to roll the trundle in and out. Like, i actually have to sorta lift up the top to make room for the trundle to slide out and I'm a little worried about the screws ripping up the sheets or the mattress. For the top, 8 inches is fine but a 10 inch one is probably better. I have a slight gap between the mattress and the bottom of the backboard. I would definitely recommend this daybed to a friend if they had similar needs.

This bed is great and easy to put together with a friend. My only complaint is that it is rather loud because the mattress is supported by metal beams rather than wood, so any big movement causes loud creaking noises.

Daybed had SO many pieces but it actually wasn’t bad to put together. The main part of the bed, no issues or complaints. The trundle portion is fine but less than ideal. In a tight space, it’s difficult to get the trundle in/out from under the main bed. It needs to come straight out which can be difficult in a tight area. There also are these clips to keep the mattress in place that immediately came off but they’re not very necessary so it’s fine. Bed appears to be quiet and decent value for the money. I will say, reportedly, the trundle is VERY uncomfortable, unfortunately. We added a mattress topper

I was expecting this to be a nightmare to put together, but it wasn’t. It takes time, but the instructions are great and they have callouts on positioning so you don’t put a piece on backward. It feels sturdy and is the perfect style for my modern farmhouse look. One item of note…I got two 8” memory foam mattresses. You can go thicker on the top, obviously, but any thicker than 8” on the bottom and the hideaway would not fit. Glad I lucked out on that one!! Anywho, I didn’t see any reference to mattresses height in the description so I thought I’d mention that.

For the money this is an incredible bed. We purchased it for our granddaughters when they visit. We were impressed with the sturdiness of the bed and even the trundle. It took us a little over an hour to put the bed together and that included the time we took to place the items in groups. After that, it was easy to assemble. We like the fact there is a way for our granddaughters to charge their Yoto machines on the headboard as they aren’t old enough for phones. I would definitely recommend this bed. The only thing, we made sure the mattress was 10 inches in height and wish we would have purchased a mattress with a 12 inch height.

Very nice for my 2 year old! Very sturdy and easy to assemble. My husband and I were able to put it together in about 2 hours :) my daughter slept the whole night through her first night in her " big girl bed"
