Very very comfortable out of the box. The arch support is excellent, no supplementary arch support needed. I bought some red boot laces to replace the stock laces. I bought these boots after reading all the reviews. I used to wear the Irish setter wing shooter boots (love them) but I wanted to try a boot with a heal. It took a few days to get used to them due to the fact that I have always worn a flat bottom work boot but these boots are extremely comfortable. My feet only hurt the first two days just because I’ve never worn a heal boot but after a week my feet don’t hurt and the boots fit perfectly. They’re so light too!! Huge plus for me. If you’re thinking about buying these boots do it. You’ll love them just as much as I do. They’re priced pretty good compared to some other boot stores. ... show more
