Work outside year round great boots so comfortable. I love it. Irish setter please make a composite toe boot with 800 or 1000 gram insulation. If it gets colder than 25 to 30 degrees F I need a warmer boot. These are perfect as long as temp stays 25 degrees or higher. Above 33 degrees I just wear my regular wingshooter without insulation ... show more

Bought these for my husband who works construction. He needed new insulated boots that would hold in the snow and colder weather. He’s had these for a while now and they’re still holding up. Good shoes but expensive.

These Irish Setter Wingshooter boots are fantastic. Wore them for six months in tough conditions in Iraq, and the same pair has become my go-to boots at home and on the farm ever since. The waterproofing and insulation hold up extremely well, even in harsh weather. The CSA safety toe has protected me perfectly—a piece of equipment fell right onto the toe, gouging the leather slightly, but my toes were completely safe. They also look great; the rich, reddish color really stands out. After swapping out the insoles for something more cushioned, the boots became incredibly comfortable. Sizing was accurate and fit exactly how I'd expect for a wide-toed shoe. Definitely recommend these boots—I genuinely love them! ... show more
