    • Best Storage Bins
Size: 19 Qt. - 6 Pack
These are terrific, I have 5 or 6 different sizes of these storage bins. They are sturdy and offer various useful sizes. Unfortunately, there have been broken trim pieces upon arrival (during shipping) but it was minor enough where I didn't worry about it. Highly recommend these bins much more than the thin/cheap bins that you can buy elsewhere, which end up breaking when you fill them up. ... show more

    • Wonderful Customer Service
Size: 74 Qt. - 4 Pack
Bins were exactly as described, and I am very satisfied with them. I was most impressed with the customer service department. One bin had a broken buckle and within the same business day I had a return phone call from customer service after I contacted them and left a message and it was mailed to me within days. Very prompt! ... show more

    • Good but brittle lids

Seems good but lids brittle. Foam gasket around each to seal which in Texas really matters. Narrow enough for those cheap wire racks and not too wide to carry through a doorway. Corners align in lids for fairly secure stacking. My only gripe every single lid that was not secured (3 of the 4) the tabs or guides inside the lids are nearly all broken off. Since this model has latches I'm not too worried but it makes me question to quality and durability of the plastic which seems to be the same for the container. Time will tell but for now will fill them up. ... show more

    • Damaged product sent/ poorly constructed/price increased
Size: 74 Qt. - 4 Pack
I was excited about the fact that these bins don’t taper toward the bottom. I dislike that I loose storage space in other bins because they taper. I need 20 of these bins for the overhead shelves in my garage and I want them to all match. I’ve ordered 6 boxes with four bins in each box and I’ve sent three boxes of four bins back. The ones that were damaged were mostly lids. Plastic pieces that somehow were snapped off. The lids were otherwise in tact and may have been useable, but I’m not going to pay full price for damaged goods. Another common issue was damaged latches. The latches were broken in one end or another. Another issue I have with these bins is that the latches fit into the base of the bin with two small pieces of the plastic that protrude from the latch and are supposed to fit into holes in the base of the bin. On some of the bins, the holes aren’t even there, so the likelihood that the latch would always stay in place is little to none. Some of the holes are so close to the edge that it wouldn’t take much to pull the latch enough that the plastic could split. And on some of the bins, that’s what happened. Last of all, the process of sending these back is fairly simple, but I have to send four back even if two or three of them are in perfectly good shape. And it takes several weeks to be refunded even thought they know the delivery people have already picked them up. All of this trouble and I still don’t have 20 working bins. And they raised the price since my last attempt! I paid a total of $127 plus change per box the first six times. If I order some more it will now cost me $140! ... show more

    • Broken
Size: 74 Qt. - 4 Pack
Review Image by Ginger Dean
I received my pkg of storage bins. 3 are good, but 1 has pieces broken off the lid, so the gasket won't stay on, and 3 of the locks are off and impossible to get back on. All the broken pieces were in the bottom of the box...see picture.

    • Stack well, seal tight, and feel solid!
Size: 19 Qt. - 6 Pack
Review Image by Kaylie Love
I originally bought a few of these in clear from the Container Store and really liked how strong and well made they felt. Other storage bins I’ve used tend to crack easily if dropped or just wear down over time. These feel solid and durable. When I needed more, the size I wanted was out of stock in black at the Container Store, so I checked Amazon. Not only was it available, but shipping was faster. I ordered the 6 pack in black and everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They stack neatly, the latches are strong and easy to use, and the gasket seal adds a nice bonus since it helps keep moisture and dust out. I’ve already bought more and will keep buying these as I continue organizing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for bins that can actually hold up over time and not fall apart after a few uses. ... show more

    • Size, function, quality all good!
Size: 31 Qt. - 4 Pack
I came on to order another set. These are really great bins. The tops and clasps are well made and keep tight. I used some for my kids artwork from their childhood and the black opaque is perfect for preserving the colors. I'm the only one who wants to see them, anyway, so I just take them out when feeling nostalgic and they are all in great condition while also protected from any random acts of flooding. I found the size to be really good so I'm getting another set for our camping supplies as they are a great size. They are big enough to fit a lot but not awkward to carry by myself. ... show more
