One handle broke, but I think it was my fault. Still gets a great seal from possible water damage. Had something in the past that got water damage when a pipe leaked in a wall. I do delivery for Spark sometimes and they recently said that they won't give orders unless they're in a tote in my car (they're wishy washy at my store). No biggie, I just needed to find totes that were the right dimensions for the trunk of my Ford Escape. After researching the deminsions of the trunk, I decided I needed totes that made the best use of the space and fit. I also decided that to make deliveries easier, I wanted the totes to have wheels. Its easier to roll 2 40 packs of water to someone's door than it is to carry them. These absolutely do not disappoint! They are lightweight but are thick and feel very durable. We used them when we went camping and you can fit a case of water and bunch of groceries in one and still last the lid! They are great for organizing large spark orders in my trunk and definitely make deliveries easier for me. They are weatherproof as stated, the locking lids are perfect but I find the latches come off too easy so I don't use them especially when making deliveries. They are bit on the pricier side but since I had very specific dimensions in mind, I didn't mind paying more. They are deeper than I thought they'd be as well, but I do wish the handle was just a little bit longer because it feels like im tipping it too far up when wheeling it around. Customers always comment on how smart and easy they are when I deliver. Especially when they can just roll the tote inside and put everything close to where they need it and then bring it back to me at the door.

Online accolades and complaints can be very helpful, but you have to take them with a grain of salt. Complaints are usually the most valuable, although you still have to be discerning about context, use, and user competence. When things break or are not as advertised, frustration often drives people to share their negative experiences. However, these complaints depend heavily on the user—did they read the instructions, is the broken part due to poor manufacturing or user impatience, are they operating the product correctly, or expecting the correct result? While these factors can muddy the reality of a complaint, the larger volume of complaints compared to accolades allows you to look for patterns, which are often most helpful. Accolades, on the other hand, should be viewed with more skepticism. While similar concerns about users and their environments apply, the most prominent issue is the psychology behind positive reviews. When something performs as expected, does it truly deserve praise? Or is it sufficient that it simply avoids complaints? This is akin to the question: should a reward be given for meeting expectations or for exceeding them? In my view, it's for exceeding expectations. Thus, most people don't rush to share positive experiences when things go as expected. Living on the Texas Gulf Coast, I've faced wide temperature swings, intense summer heat, brutal sun exposure that deteriorates everything outside over time, and the occasional hurricane and rough coastal weather. I've seen money wasted on bins that cannot hold up. Over the years, I've tried bins from at least half a dozen major brands, all of which have failed in some way in this climate. From bins of household goods in storage that collapse over time due to heat, to bins that crack or break with minimal impact, or hinges and locks that fail eventually, I've learned to invest in better quality to avoid throwing money away. Years ago, I started using IRIS black weatherpro bins in my pickup for storage. Today, all the same bins are in perfect condition—the latches still work. Despite being in the hot Texas sun under my bed camper shell, they've never buckled, cracked, or become unreliable. When we began packing up our house for a move, sorting through years of belongings after raising three children, I turned to IRIS again and found their clear "interior" weatherpro line. I've purchased over a thousand dollars worth of these clear bins. The only issues I've had were a shipment with one broken latch and another with one missing latch. Today, I called IRIS directly to avoid returning a large order to Amazon for a single missing latch. Without question, the operator took my address to send me a dozen latches. I then remembered the broken latch from a few orders ago on the black "exterior" weatherpro bins, which have red latches, and asked if she could send me two of each type instead of twelve. Just like that, a quality product backed by a quality company solved a couple of minor problems in mere minutes. That is why I decided to write this review. Over the years, IRIS bins have held up like no other brand, and my experience today, which is rare given the state of household goods sold online, demonstrated both product and service quality that exceeds my expectations. I think that deserves some accolades.

Unfortunately my totes arrived damaged. One had a cracked handle and one handle complete missing. This was obvious before placing in a box to be shipped. A huge inconvenience that should have been avoided. Had to wait on extremely long return line with a large box. Not good business.

These are great tote boxes. I use them in the basement, which can sometimes be damp. Perfect for what I need. The only reason, I did not give it 5 stars, is that one lid came cracked. Also, I did not want to go through the hassle as I needed the totes right away. I decided not to send it back. Instead I used a hot glue gun and smoothed it out to the best of my ability. It is functional, even though the crack was near a corner. Maybe better packaging in the future?

These bins are solid and the gaskets are exactly what are needed to store bee frames from hives in and keep wax moths out... The only downside is that they occasionally seem to take a beating in shipping --- HOWEVER, Spreetail (the seller) has absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service and replaced every broken/cracked item within the week... I can't say enough about this company standing behind its products... Thank you for the great support and customer service!!!

These are amazing storage bins. They have revolutionized how I store things because they are truly airtight and keep out moisture and pests thanks to the foam seal and clamps. I love them. But occasionally you can get a bad batch, so it's important to inspect them when they arrive. Recently I received some that had small cracks in various places and the plastic "hinges" that hold the black clamps in place were broken/not fully formed or the holes were not punched through all the way so the clamps wouldn't stay in place (which means you can't seal the bin shut). I have also received ones with clamps missing. I don't think these are shipping damage but rather quality control issues. Most of the bins I've ordered have been in perfect condition but some have been defective -- maybe 25% of the time -- and I've returned them. So just double check -- and IRIS maybe work on your quality control! But amazing product when they aren't defective or damaged. Also know that the wheel bed on the 103 quart bins with wheels are weak points. I had a few that cracked after a year or so. Granted they were full and we stacked them so there was a lot of weight on the bottom ones. So if you get those, maybe don't stack them. Also sometimes the foam liner comes out -- would be great if these were glued into the top. But you could easily get some double-sided tape and tape them in or glue them yourself.

Nice product! They are lockable on all sides (two on each long side). They are stackable too, but I wouldn’t go higher than two. The wheels are a great touch and the containers themselves don’t taper too much. They aren’t waterproof, but the seal is nice to keep bugs and odors out.
