I had reasonable experience of using pour over coffee maker in the past: a plastic cone with disposable filters. I then switched to a coffee maker with grinding and pour over function in one which was not to my satisfactions for various reasons. I wanted to switch back to simple pour over device with the goal of reusing the filter device. ireum looks different from most others and has the quality others do not have. I decided to buy it. It turned out to be the very best ever for several reasons: 1) the device allows the water to go through without trapping any coffee particles (I used fine grade freshly ground coffee) which does two things: a) no coffee residues in the coffee b) easy and complete cleaning of the device: every time as if new after cleaning 2) if you follow the protocol of warming the device, pour small volume and finally the correct volume of what's desired: the coffee is pure, smooth and of the desired strength. If you are looking for simple but high quality coffee made by yourself, this is a must have!

it worked well at the start but after about 30 uses it's not draining like it needs to I wash it immediately after every use and take very good care of it because I love my coffee and my coffee deserves a clean filter so I'm really hoping I can find a way to fix it. Customer support reached out to me we were able to identify the issue it was the different brand of pre-ground coffee the grind might have been too fine and clogged the filter.

What I liked most about this product was it was sturdy; and easy to use. I gave it a 4 rating on ease of use because it gets too hot to handle. To me this was a great product. After using this item for a couple of weeks I want to change a statement I made about the handle getting too hot to handle to empty. The handle does cool very quickly; just give it a few seconds. I love this filter.

Really loved this, works well, attractive but filter separated from the base when it got tipped over in the sink. Would have loved to replace with the same item, but was just too fragile for daily use D'oh! Editing the above - the cone can be removed and pressed back on (carefully) - I read someone else's review and assumed it could not be put back together. love this item. does need to be cleaned often to keep filter from clogging

This is so easy to use. I had a plastic pour over device where paper filters are needed. This does not require any paper filters as it has a small mesh filter as to the bottom. It is easy to clean, just rinse and let dry. It's two peice, the bottom base comes off. The only minor issue I occasionally have is sometimes toward the end of the pour over the filter slows or gets clogged. This does not happen often and may be due to ground size or the fact I add ground powdered cinnamon to the coffee at times, during the pour over.

The product was great for a few months, coffee tasted exceptional compared to when using a paper filter. However, this did not last. The rubber piece began falling off. Soon after, the filter dripped slower and slower. Now it takes 20 minutes to make a single cup of coffee.

The look of it is beautiful. After using it for a while where the filter connects to the disk it came apart. Not sure if it’s meant to do this. I was able to put it back together. After this happened I make sure to keep ahold of it. If you cup is shallow enough and the filter will fit snug you could just let it rest on the sides of cup while pouring without the disk connected to the filter of coarse. The filter itself does a good job without having to put a paper filter in.
