  • The good, the bad and the ugly
I bought this to relax my body during pandemic WFH times after some research and here is my complete review after using for a month. I will go from top to bottom Look: I have the brown one and it’s gorgeous. Bluetooth Speakers: they are good & convenient and they are at the right spot. As everyone said the voice control is just crazy and it awakes at random times. Neck: I did not feel much of the neck massage and I am not really sure if it is greatly noticeable anyway in general. Shoulder: this one is just an air press. But it reaches to your shoulders very well and I hope it’s very common to be like that. Hands: I am not really happy about hand massaging. My hands measure 28” from shoulder to fingers, and I have to push my hands to reach to the palm placeholder. And this is also just an air pressure and my forearm’s circumference is 11” and I feel that is not enough for full pressure experience. SL Track: The best part. It does good stretch, back, waist, relax, comfort and zero gravity massages. Heating is good as well and it heats waist, lower back but not much upper back. It scans the body before each massage so that you get the best experience. It is totally worth. But keep in mind you may not be able to sit on it for extended period of time with out a massage, let’s say watching more than one movie starts to hurt. Remote controller: I feel it is good but one improvement would have been better. Every time you turn it on it automatically goes to zero gravity position it would have been good if the remote had a button to bring it back to sitting position whenever you want. Currently there is one but you have to press & hold all the way. Calf: The worst part. It has both air pressure from sides and calf rollers. My leg circumference at calf is 16” and I feel only air pressure and I don’t feel the calf rollers at all, which takes away all the fun. Foot: the good part. It has rollers for foot and ankle, and they cover your feet completely. But I never feel all of them at the same time and I would have to constantly adjust throughout the massage. I wear 10 size shoes and I feel pain on last two toes from excessive pressure so much so that I get a feeling it might break the bones. Finally, I am not a good judge of what a 2K worth massage chair should do but here is my complete review on my first massage chair. I will try to do a comparative review later. ... show more

  • Nice chair
Works great. Has several options to customize settings, different massage types/styles, control options, and 3 different air pressures to control how agressive the massage is. Had a problem with the right-side lower back pressure inflation not working. Ended up being a kinked air line. I'm an engineer and took it apart to fix the air line. Other than that small issue, it seems like it's well made, is a simple design (not a lot to go wrong), it should be very reliable. ... show more

  • Seems great with some important issues
It looks like a good massage chair, however with several things that stand out for me. 1. The leg rest needs to be manually pushed out to be in proper position. It does not retain that position because it is spring loaded. I have to constantly push, so I can’t relax. So I have to either be pushing constantly or be in not best position, causing the issue #2. 2. The padding thats behind the back does not extend down enough. This makes it that the back rollers are too violent on my lower back, I have to actively avoid the rollers dangerously squeezing my bones in the lower back. 3. For my wife, it squeezes her ankles too bad we have to disable whole bottom part of the chair. 4. Also because of #1, legs are not in proper position and so air pillows squeeze legs way too hard too. We either disable or set minimum pressure. 5. Default settings are way too harsh. And it seems like there is no way so save any settings or profiles. So each sitting I need to press more than 10 buttons. 6. Speaker system is very not good sounding. It might be that there is some “3D” processing going on or something, but the sound sucks. 7. There’s this voice assistant that it looks like can’t be turned off. It sometimes goes off randomly when someone is talking in the room. However I have a hard time to call it. Anyways, it would have been better integrated with Siri. Overall I would say it seems enjoyable with all the weird dancing with the settings, avoiding the rollers hurting the lower back bones and constant pressing on the leg rest. Both me and my wife are skinny so maybe it’s just not optimal for our situation. As this is a big bulky thing, we’re now not sure what we can do about it. ... show more

  • My husband has ALS and it helps him and me relax.
It is a little intense when getting used to it, but it’s possible to regulate the intensity except on the back. We folded a small throw blanket in the back area reduce the intensity in that area. My husband has ALS and the chair is good for him. I have to use a lift to put him into and out of the chair. He falls asleep during the massage and will often ask for another massage when he wakes up. I am his primary caregiver and it helps my aches and pains and also helps me to relax when I get to use it. We are both very glad I got it for him. ... show more

  • Very nice chair
Good massage. Assembly is fairly easy. At 6’3” I am a little too tall for massage rollers to hit optimal areas on my back but I can scoot forward to get better feel. Foot / leg extension is helpful but should lock out at full extension. I feel as if I am doing a continuous leg press to keep it extended. When I relax, leg extension pushes my knees up so that I’m out of the calf massage range. ... show more

  • Disappointed
Was not happy with this. The leg does not even touch the back of my leg. There is only one set of rollers so it can only do one section at a time
