Ordered my first blow dryer in April and within a month of having it the product began turning off randomly in the middle of my services. When brought to the companies attention they had me send it back to them on my own dime and said as soon as they received the return they would send the replacement. Well 2 weeks after my return was delivered to their facility I still hadn’t been notified of my replacement being sent out. I then had to message them again bringing this issue to their attention and they finally sent my replacement to me after another 2 days. After getting the replacement I noticed that the original product I had sent back had completely magnetic attachments including the concentrators and filters however the replacement had the same attachment style as the original IQ1. First time using my replacement IQ2 in the salon the concentrator flew off into my clients head and burned my clients leg when it landed due to how hot it was. As a stylist who works in a blow dry bar I can fairly say this product is NOT “made for professionals” nor is it equip to handle high volume professional use in a salon. After fighting with this company day and night for nearly two weeks and rarely getting a response when told I would hear back the next day I can truly say I would not recommend any of these products or the company itself especially for the ridiculously high price tag.

This is a great hairdryer. My hair dresser recommended it. I guess she has an older model. This one has 2 design flaws... the auto off feature is very finicky - sometimes it turns off when you lay it on the pad, sometimes it turns off then comes back on, sometimes it doesn't turn off at all. And the attachments, which are basically pressure fitted, fly off the end. They stayed on for the first month but got progressively looser, until now (2.5 months later) they fly off immediately and shoot across the room (the hairdryer IS powerful.) so if you don't care about the attachments, this is a great lightweight hairdryer. But for the price all of the components should work! UPDATE: after sending them a message, Gamma kindly sent me 1 of 4 new nozzles (the one they sent is magnetic and seems to stay attached). Auto off is still glitchy. Messaged them requesting the remaining 3 nozzles. Will update review with my final opinion assuming I receive all of the working parts!

Nozzle keeps blowing off while drying. Just pops right off. Very annoying. Iove all the features. Very light, very powerful, hair looks so shiny and has auto clean. Genius.

I bought the blow dryer and when I used it to my clients the nozzle flew away and it was extremely hot I thought it was defected and I asked for a replacement but unfortunately it is how it is made with the magnetic feature that they did to this model. It’s not worth the frustration and the money. The company doesn’t care when I asked on beauty show about my issue the answer was this is how it is with the magnetic attachments . Don’t waste your money it is light weight and fast but if you do your research you can find similar.

This dryer is much lighter weight than my older hairdryer. I have trouble with my shoulder joint. This lightweight dryer allows me the ability to style my hair!!!
