  • Light weight, easy assembly, and easy to take down
What I love about this saw compared to a wet saw is the setup It’s so much easier. I am a woman with lower back pain moving around a heavy wet saw is very hard on my back. I bought this because we were doing a job with a lot of bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. It’s so much more lightweight so much easier to break down and set up takes me so much less time, the picture of the shower that I did on the top floor thanks to this tile saw was a great purchase and well worth the money . Almost forgot most important thing like I said I’m a woman I do not like cold weather. The saw is no mess. You can use it indoors. This makes me very happy. ... show more

  • Game changer for the remodeling industry!
I was very sceptical! Anyone who has ever tried making a few cuts with their wet saw without water understands why I would be. Dust aside the cut sucks and takes forever and tends to cut crocked etc. This saw however is amazing! The slider tray allows for smooth quality cuts and the adjustable stop makes rips and repeat cuts simply and fast. It does have some chipping (usually less that 1/6 of an inch) so a good file to clean up exposed edges is smart to have on hand. Airborne dust is completely eliminated it will however have chips around the work area. Sets up in seconds clean up in minutes. 35lbs makes this the perfect bathroom and backsplash saw shaving all the walk time back and forth thought the house to the garage. Truly a game changer and worth every penny. It works great and would highly recommend this to anyone that is in the industry from the novice to the seasoned professional. ... show more

  • Terribly disappointed!!
The media could not be loaded. I have been a tile contractor for the last 24 years. I have seen fads come and go. I have tried every saw and cutting system That has come into the market. I have seen this saw being flaunted and touted as the best thing. I know how a dye saw cuts different from a wet saw. I saw this item and thought there is no way that you can achieve a good clean cut from a dry cut saw. I am Convinces that all the posts I saw of this saw was basically paid advertisements. First of all this saw took me over two hours just to get the blade installed. The design of that feature is terrible. I essentially had to get my helper to watch you tube videos on how to install the blade after I had wasted an hour trying g to get it on. I basically gave up because you would think that this would be a simple task. It isn't. The blade has to sit on the wheel but there is a little guide that it also has to sit between that blocks the blade the blade from simply dropping on the wheel. When we finally got the blade on which we had to resort to taking off the guide under the saw which in itself was hard because the guide is help by two Phillips screws in a hard to reach location. We were using some 12x12 cheap porcelain tile and every single cut I made was horrible jagged and terrible. Basically the saw cut the way you would expect a cheaper blade to cut. We thought well maybe the blade was put on backwards but the saw has a direction guide on the wheel guard and we had it installed correctly. Then we said well maybe the blade needs to be broken in so we took some scrap tile and made a few cuts trying to do just that. After a while I simply went back to my huge wet saw and made my cuts that way. Do not waste your time or your money. This saw is crap. ... show more

  • Light, easy to clean, but some issues
I write this as a 70 year old builder who does not do acres of tile work. The good news is that the tool is light, not as messy as any of my old wet saws, and works well in finished homes, which is where I do a lot of my projects. My complaints are: 1. the sliding table is slightly higher than the stationary side which makes it likely that the tile will break at the end of the cut if you run it straight through rather than coming in from either side. I built up the lower side with wide masking tape to level them. 2. The blade wobbles a little and I probably should have sent the tool back but I was in a hurry so I used it anyway and have worked around that. 3. My biggest complaint is that the fence adjustment is a great idea but in practice hard to use. The screw holding the adjusting worm comes loose regularly and after a few hours of use the thing has stiffened up so that it is difficult to turn. Maybe my arthritic wrists are the problem but maybe they could come up with a design that works for us old guys. The big question: would I recommend this tool? The answer is a qualified yes. For the price I feel it should be a little better than it is but for me the benefits outweigh the problems. ... show more

  • Great table top saw
I already own the 10 inch and bought this one for smaller jobs. This has been a great addition to my arsenal of tile saws.

  • Be careful blade doesn’t come with the saw
Great product as I just bought it and it got delivered today. I thought the blade came with the order but it was not . Now I have to order the bade which is not cheap . I wish I knew this before

  • Blade is aggressive at first, and tends to chip the edge of ceramic.
Love the saw, because I’m working in a small condo 4 stories up instead of having to run to the basement to cut. I did there for a few months ago and you can add two days of just up and down to cat.

  • Do not buy!
Very disappointed with this tile saw. Chips ever single tile I cut. Such an expensive saw and blades when you can get the same result with a bottom dollar tile saw. Would not recommend. Save your money!
