I definitely feel my hair growth has slowed down. I've been using it at intensity level 3 for four weeks now. They say you need to stick with it for 8 weeks to see lasting results. I especially love how incredibly easy it is to operate—all the accessories are included. Installation and use are super convenient. While it does get warm, it doesn't irritate the skin, and the sapphire cools down quickly. The temperature is perfectly tolerable. There is some noise, but I didn't pay attention to that when purchasing. Its noise level is comparable to a hair dryer. Highly recommended. Looking forward to seeing the final results and trying the remaining 5 intensity levels. There are 5 levels total, and I've been using level 3 consistently so far.

I don't grow a lot of body hair, so I tend to forget to shave, which can be embarrassing. This hair removal device is doing a great job of removing the hair on my underarm area. I will probably move on to other areas of my body soon. The device is comfortable to use, and very easy. The instruction booklet could use a slightly larger font, though. If you normally go to a salon, you could save a lot of money with this device.

I have had a laser hair removal system in the past, but did not use it much since it was painful and made my skin sensitive and red. The cooling system on this sapphire laser works wonderfully. It did not hurt, and I have encountered any redness at all. The glasses are very dark, and it is hard to see if the room is not very bright, but they are definitely needed since the flashes are very bright. I like that you cannot only adjust the strength of the laser but also set it for facial hair, legs, bikini area, or armpits. Since the recommendation is to use it four times a week, instead of once weekly, I assume it is not the strongest one on the market. However, I prefer a more frequent and painless treatment over a painful and less frequent treatment any day. Since it will take a few weeks to see full results, the instructions are in a tiny font, and no storage bag is included, I will give this IPL laser four stars.

I recently got this sapphire, ice-cooling laser hair remover for myself and my daughters, and I couldn’t be more excited to start using it. Too weak, even on the highest setting I can hardly feel it and it doesn't seem to be doing anything after multiple uses, seems to work correctly but maybe not for my skin type, would be better if it had twice the power output I think

Purchase this ipl machine fur my arms and legs , it is amazing, it have different features, face , legs under arms. After using for few weeks it is very comfortable. . Its relatively light and comfortable to hold. It's very easy to use. This is a great purchase. Worth it.

When it showed up she picked it up right away and tossed it in her drawer like she already knew what to do with it. That night she tested it on her legs and arms after a shower. Said it felt a little strange at first but nothing that bothered her. The cooling feature helped and there wasn’t any redness or irritation after. She did flinch when the first flash went off and I had to remind her to wear the goggles it came with. The light is stronger than you’d think. Definitely not something to use around kids or pets. She also mentioned the goggles are pretty dark so unless the room’s really bright you won’t see much. She’s still figuring out if she wants to stick with it but it hasn’t given her a reason to stop yet.
