Very pretty couch and comfortable and at a great price point! Our family is loving it. Like some of the other reviews mentioned the back doesn’t sit very high and I find adding the small lumbar pillow behind lower back makes it the most comfortable. The couch arrived in three separate packages and early one package came one day and the other two followed the next day. The only thing I will say is if you are sensitive to chemicals and smell I recommend having a good little air filter because it does off gas, especially this first few days. My husband didn’t notice, but I certainly did and had to air off the house as well as run an air HEPA filter to absorb the VOCs! Love this couch and don’t regret this purchase at all! Took my husband a couple hours to set up and they sent the wrong directions to a slightly smaller version of the couch, but it was simple enough to figure out! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got the 4 seat couch with the 2 ottomans. this couch came in 4 boxes all within an hour of each other which was very nice! the package even came a week before estimated arrival. the couch itself overall is honestly very great for the price. the fabric is soft, it’s not too firm, there’s so many ways to arrange it, and VERY easy to put together. i have 3 animals so i love that i have the option to take off the covers to wash them as well. things i’ve noticed that i’m not the biggest fan of (aren’t deal breakers though) is the back cushions. they’re very thin but the lumbar pillows help tremendously. i will probably look into getting others that are longer so they’re not moving everywhere. the other thing is there is velcro to attach the cushions onto the ottomans, but not the actual couch cushions. i can probably end up putting some on myself but not the biggest deal. i’m short myself so the comments about it being too low to the ground really isn’t an issue for me either. i will say one box that was received arrived with gasoline spilt on it (i’m still wondering what even happened that caused this). this box contained a base, cushions, and the arm rests. the arm rests were the only things that really were ruined from the smell, but everything else comes vacuum sealed so thankfully that wasn’t messed up. i contacted amazon support immediately and they messaged the seller, which were so quick to respond back. after sending photos of the soiled box and the items in it they have already replied to send replacement arm rests! 10/10 for customer service honestly :) i looked at hundreds of couches online and in store before deciding on one and i finally pulled the trigger on this one and i love it so far! i will update later in the future on how it holds up if there is any issues im having with it. ... show more

This loveseat & ottoman is great! The shipping was quick but the number of boxes was unclear. Other reviews for the loveseat/ottoman said it came in two boxes but when the boxes arrived there was labeling on the outside that said it came in 3 boxes. I ended up opening the two and checking the pieces - they were all there. So the loveseat/ottoman combo comes in TWO BOXES ONLY! The directions were straightforward and took me about an hour and 15 minutes by myself. All tools were included. The back and side pillows are a little thin, but the seat and ottoman cushions are plush. The couch sits a little low, but that doesn't bother me. Overall the couch is great for the price and I'd highly recommend it! ... show more

Beautiful couch. Frame is wood, backrest have steel poles and cushions come with zippers so you can change inner foam when it wears out. Sturdy fabric. Much larger than I would have thought. I was surprised the feet are plastic but there are so many, so close to ground, I don't see them breaking. All the screw holes lined up and everything was very even putting this together. The sofa is pretty low, so I’d say if you’re taller it’s probably not for you. I was missing a couple bolts and other hardware but still managed to get it to be sturdy enough. It does the job for now for our small apartment.

I love this couch. The cushions all come off, and the covers are washable, making cleaning after pets and toddlers easy. The back cushions are a bit stiff, but with the lumbar pillows and the fact that they are all not secured to the couch, you can adjust them any way you'd like. I had zero problems with the cushions not fluffing up right away. My family loves this couch.
