The media could not be loaded. This is the best cheap incubator you can get. It maintains temperature and humidity really well and it is very accurate. It turns the eggs well as long as you don’t overcrowd them and you can set different size eggs at the same time because you determine the width of each column. There are two special and awesome things about this incubator. It is the most clear and open incubator I’ve ever seen, you can see everything. Also, it is the only cheap incubator I’ve seen that controls humidity like the way more expensive Brinsea- with a tube into a bottle of water that pulls up drops of water, not an upside down water bottle. This allows the incubator to maintain a much more stable humidity. It’s super easy to use, I will share my silly user error, though, even though it’s embarrassing if I save some eggs, it’s worth it-***when you set the day counter you are setting the length of incubation, not the day of incubation you are on. This means that if you are changing settings on day 3 and you set the day counter to 3, the incubator will immediately go into lockdown, not turn the eggs, and turn off after about five days thinking that it’s three day long incubation is complete. I’ve hatched out lots of babies in this. Don’t spend $120 on one of the 24 egg incubators, spend a little more and get a way better one. The difference in quality is way more than the difference in price. Good luck!

When I red the information on this incubator, I was very excited. I was very disappointed with this incubator. I watched the videos several times when my incubator arrived to make sure everything was set perfectly. Nothing worked as shown, the automatic rolling was OK but not great. I have used it one time, just finished my first group of eggs. The watering system is a real joke, the humidity awful had to constantly supplement the water. If I could send it back I would do so in a heart beat! In addition the top is very cumbersome does not stay in place well at all. I will never recommend this product to anyone, STAY AWAY from it if you want live chicks. Now I have two other incubators, the oldest one works hands down better and more efficient that this junky one. They need to seriously consider redesigning this thing with regards the top so it will stay in place, the moving track so that it actually turns the eggs not just roll them back and forth and completely redesign the awful watering/humidity system. I have order an outside temperature/humidity monitor just so I can use it. I am retired live on a limited income and this incubator cost me a lot of what little I have to use for personal uses. Shame on you guys for not testing this thing better.

Good quality, easy to setup and use. Very quiet when running, loud alarm if something is off. Do not have it near a window or you will go through tons of water! I actually bought two of these and have hatched lots of chicks and ducklings. I would definitely purchase again.

UPDATE 2/1/2026 - I still stand by my original review but I did change it to 4 stars BECASUE the retailer reached out to me & offered to replace the product, which they did at zero cost to me. I am still getting 90% hatch rate with the other one. It is "just ok". I bought 2 at the same time, I've had them about 9 months, we hatch constantly either 5 incubators through the winter and up to about August. These worked ok, my hatch rate was anywhere from 40% to 95%, they seem to do better if you set the humidity to 75% (I did it mostly to shut the constantly annoying alarm up but I got better hatch rates). 2nd batch this winter & it intermittently shuts itself off, beeps & comes back on. Temp or humidity don't really drop but it does this about 8 times every 10 min & turns the eggs every time it does. Unfortunately the 30 day warranty & product support has ended. I've reset it, flipped the plug....no change. Pros: Very easy to operate the display, directions are printed right on it. You can see ALL the eggs at a glance. Easy to clean. Auto humidity adjustments via motor, tube & jar of water, this works very well Cons: Virtually no warranty or support. Annoying alarm that is more annoying when set responsibly. Electronics susceptible to moisture damage....after reading the disclaimer about moisture & control panel & then seeing the design then having a like failure: I think they know this is the weak point & why the warranty is short & why they have that specific disclaimer. Sealing up the underside of the control board would have been a better strategy & made me a much happier customer. This could have been a 5 star review

I've used it twice now. Sturdy and does the job. It constantly emits a low hum, but its not disruptive. On the second use the water hose wasn't working, however they provided replacement parts that made it a simple fix, now its working again. Pretty easy to use. I like that you can hatched different sized eggs in it too.

Finally one that works! I was hesitant to purchase this incubator since I had one that was the same style but from a different brand that never worked properly from the get go. I do like this style because of the size and amount of eggs you can incubate at once, plus the pump (when it works) is great to keep the humidity stable. I always have a backup hygrometer/thermometer in the unit and so far they read the same. The light for the candler is nice and bright and the window for viewing the hatching process is great. It is completely plug and play, super easy to use right out of the box. I don't think you'll find another incubator with this much capacity for less than what this one costs. Definitely a value for the money.
