I don’t want yo even give 1 star . But no option for that . I’m professional user this dryer . But when I start use for customer , the dryer sucks hair from back of fun . And I have to pull customer’s hair. That means breaking off the hair. My warranty was expire . Cause I didn’t use for maybe 2 month cause I had old one . I should have use soon but I talk with Amazon Customer service told me contact Companies. Yes I did . But what they said is they won’t refund . Even this is less than 1 year . But replace the dryer. I can not use this dangerous dryer . Why would I replace for that . I never heard of such a things. If you don’t want to your hair breaking off from back of dryer better not buy this . Cause they won’t refund it . I don’t understand why this dryer rate is close to star 5 ... show more
