I liked it doesn't have a heavy smell. I accidentally slipped dirty water on my carpet and could not get the stain out. iO clean removed the stain on the second try. Other products did not work. I would have given it a five rating. But the bottled leaked during transport. HOWEVER, the packaging was so well done, the box wasn't wet and not a lot of the cleaner was lost.

This does not work well for pet messes like paws & claws. However if you need a very basic carpet cleaner but necessarily for pets, it will do. Price point is not too poor .

The media could not be loaded. I personally haven't used it yet the kids used it to clean the living room carpet which was pretty dirty with three toddlers running and spilling food ,milk and drinks, and anything they ketch on it I say it clean up pretty good
