As a massage therapist for 30 years I've tried many massage tools. I've been using this personally for 3 weeks daily and loving it. The band and hand loops make it easy to get to back areas from sacrum to neck and head. The ability to control the pressure on my own helps to choose deep or lighter massage. I am finding ways to use it on my legs and arms by placing in beneath me and leaning in to my comfort level. The heat feature is comforting and just enough. I love placing it on the floor and using it on my feet altho it takes focus as it can be really hard in places if you're sensitive. Placing a towel over it may help controll the pressure on feet a bit. In summary, I recommend this for personal use for deep massage with reminders not to overuse in any areas even if it feels good! Im hoping it will last a significant amount of time. I've already purchased as a gift for family members. Enjoy!

Package arrive undamaged. Box seemed complete and everything was seemingly packaged nicely. No protective paper or packaging or plastic as I would normally expect in a new product but I didn’t question it until I pulled everything out and realized the unit didn’t come with either of the power plugs. I’ve tried contacting Amazon and the company for these parts and have heard nothing from them. I have an adaptor at home but it’s for my desk lamp and cannot remain usable for this unit. I paid $50 for this and expect a full package because of that. The other issue is that this shuts itself off after about one minute. Idk if it’s because of the adaptor I’m using or if it’s the unit itself timing out? Over heating? It gets warm even when I don’t have the heat on. If I hear from the company and the problem is fixed, I’ll update my review accordingly. ::update:: I found the manufacturer website through Google and reached out about the issue. They came up with a reasonable alternative to returning and have fixed the issue quite quickly.

I purchased this for chronic neck pain (and also lower back pain at times) and I'm so thankful I did. This gem is like getting a massage with someone kneading your muscles. What I love most about it is all the ways I can use it. It has regular intensity, higher intensity, heat if needed and I can also adjust the direct of the roller ball with a quick push of a button. If you want the most intense massage, you can put this on and lean back in your chair or sofa. For a medium intenstiy (my favorite), you just put it on sitting straight up. You put your arms through the loops this allows you to move the massager to all the places you most want it. Also, if you raise your arms straight out or up, it provides a different massage. Experiment for what works best for you. I can honestly say I use this weekly. I just saw these on sale, so I just purchased three for Christmas presents for my son and two brothers. I know they'll love it!!

This thing is great. I really need it for my upper neck. It took me just a little bit to figure out how to get it in the perfect spot for me but once I did I was in heaven. When my neck hurts I get a major headache and I can be a grouch. This thing really helps. I also like to use it to loosen up muscles before I go to chiropractor to make adjustments a little easier

Wow, it was so effective creepily almost human-like. It made me giggle. The shiatsu adjusted when you repositioned the unit quite nicely to get those hard to massage places on your neck and shoulders. Delighted to see car charging adapter and comes with noce carrying case. Going on 14 hour road trip tomorrow and get to bless other passengers too. So very excited❣️

It’s heavy to wear on your shoulders but well worth it, the massage balls press in very hard but you can adjust that be moving it, the best feature is the arm slings so you can move it wherever you need it
