We had a pretty bad leak in our garage because of some openings in the brickwork. It was awesome the brush and roller came with it. This product was easy to apply and did a great job sealing cracks and significantly reduced the leak. Happy with the results.

For some reason our dishwasher gets out of sync, usually if opened or power failure. However, when it does it water leaks onto the floor. The water on the floor is not a real problem, it’s when it finds a crack and the water makes its way to the basement and ruins the ceiling… My hope for this product was to waterproof under the dishwasher and at least we would know if it was leaking before it had a chance for find a why though the floor. I purchased this kit because it was one of the more expensive ones listed and hoped it would work. The first coat went on very well, but all the next coats seem to crack and remove the earlier coats. I let it dry about 6 hours between coats. I am unclear if this worked or not ? Being cracked it seems like it might not be too waterproof.
