    • Well made, doesn't fit some wireless units.
I bought this mount for my Insta360 X4 and it mounts easily under the camera on the standard camera screw mount. Well made and sturdy this unit is a good value for the price. My issue is that my Godox wireless unit cannot be mounted as the size and configuration of the mounting points block my plug for sound or the control buttons depending on orientation. Either way something vital is blocked. This unit is not specified to fit my particular wireless mic, so my complaint is perhaps unjustified, yet a universal mount should have options for the more popular mics. Check out other reviews with different mic models and you will find which this works best. ... show more

Not wide enough for all receivers. I have a holly land lark pro mic set and my receiver doesn't fit on this mount see photos. The slot for the cold shoe doesn't protrude far enough from the camera. Also note the x5 and the watertight usbc battery cover or the mic adapter, you are not able to position this mount on the usb side since the usb cover will protrude and hit the mount. Lastly, it's a bit annoying that you can't access the battery compartment while assembled. ... show more
