While I saw a good number of negative reviews of this watch, I liked the idea of a Swiss movement and the Quartz mechanism. I saw more negative reviews of the automatic clone of this watch. I have been very pleased with the watch so far (that time has been short). I do not see any loss of time and have not experienced any popping out of the stem. I guess those people have problems with everything that they buy. I like the size of the watch. It is perfect for my wrist. It was very easy to adjust to my wrist size. I see no reason to take it to a jeweler to get this adjusted. Anybody with minimal aptitude should be able to adjust the band. I love the appearance of the watch. I do not give a crap if it looks like a Rolex. It is an attractive watch. It does not bother me that the second hand falls between some of the second markers; it hits about 90% of them right on. Big Deal! The watch is light and the band is quite sturdy. I find it equal in quality to Seiko watches that I have owned. I suppose the watch could die in a few weeks, but it satisfies my needs now. The price was a good price. I do not like Invicta's sales strategy by marking up the retail value. It is a $100 watch not a $300 watch. I think it was a good bargain at $69. I have seen it on Amazon recently for $59 and that is an even better value. I am happy with my purchase. It was delivered quickly and packaged very securely. I would recommend this watch to anyone. I am sure some people have received a defective watch. My experience has been great. I would buy another Invicta watch. Do your homework and check the reviews before you buy. I did and I am happy with my choice.

I received my Invicta 9307 diver's watch last week. It is every bit as nice "in person" as it appears in the photos. Good sized but not huge; solid but not too heavy. The whole watch seems very nicely made. I especially like the look and construction of the bracelet. Besides the regular folding apparatus that clamps the bracelet down, it has a fold-over safety clasp as well. After having a couple of links removed, it feels better on my wrist than other watches with similar bracelets I've had in the past. Although not expensive (I paid something like $81 for it from one of Amazon's vendors on Black Sunday), it looks and feels like a higher priced timepiece. It doesn't come across as a cheap watch trying to look like an expensive watch. One thing I should mention though: it does NOT have a screw-down crown, in spite of what some of the advertising implies. When I first got it I tried the crown and found it would not screw down, but to make sure I double-checked via an email to the Invicta customer contact listed on their web site. The reply I got back said this: "The model 9307 does not carry a screw down crown. You are still able to go diving with this model without water penetrating the movement. Please make sure the crown is pushed all the way in when you take it diving." So, if you are actually going to wear the watch when skin diving and if you feel a screw down crown is important, you need to find another model. That wasn't a major concern for me; I bought it for its classy looks and because I am partial to stainless steel watches with bracelets instead of straps.

I was helping a friend look for a new watch. I stumbled upon this Invicta 40mm quartz watch. It looked good in pics on Amazon….. it was priced at $64 and free returns. How could I go wrong? I received it promptly. Immediately, I was impressed with the quality of the finish and the weight of the watch. I have been wearing this watch for a week now….. I took the watch to the local battery replacement kiosk at the mall and changed to green nylon strap instead of the bracelet that comes with the Invicta 9307 quartz watch. I got the exact watch/ look that I wanted for under $100. The finish is excellent. The hands and dial and bezel are beautifully produced. I especially like the magnifier over the date! The watch has been keeping good time within few seconds over the last week… The 9307 is quartz so should run trouble free for years. It’s thinner that a 40mm automatic and I like that too! Crown feels good, but it’s not screw down so Waterproof will be tried while swimming. This model has scalloped bezel which I prefer over coin edge, but the coin edge is probably easier to rotate. A very nice timepiece especially for the price. Everytime I look at it, I swear it says Rolex (Submariner). 👍🏼

The bezel does actually rotate unlike some that look like they do but don't Rotates anticlockwise. I liked the smoother scalloped edge, still easy enough to rotate Markers glow quite bright in the dark, easily readable , fades overnight , no problem No scratches on face ..worn about a week continuously Second hand rests between marks but no big deal at this price. I only see the hand at a distance anyway Didn't buy it for diving , got for it's good looks, and swiss movement. A screw down crown would have been nice touch. I take it off to wash or shower and don't chance wetting it Nice to have a magnifier for the date. For what it's worth looks like a Rolex at a fraction of the price . Good solid feel including a solid stainless strap Adjust strap with a small screw driver by pushing out pins in arrow direction.Tap with hammer to do this Pins are actually split pins. What looks like screw head is the end of the pin. Make sure the pins are reinserted the right way round Remove strap from watch, rest on a wood block with a drilled hole so link can move out , no need for any other special tools. Does not seem to gain or lose any significant amount of time since I bought it

This is my initial review, having just received the watch. In a month or two I will write another one, to reevaluate and to compare to a Hanowa Swiss Military Flagship model that is similar to the Invicta but costs twice as much or more. I bought this Invicta from Amazon for a total of $75.59 with tax and free shipping. I had rather low expectations given the price, and knowing a little bit about Invicta -- knowing that the company is now another one of those marketing companies that focuses mostly on, well, marketing. Clearly they are also a "designer" company, given the hundreds, perhaps thousands, of watch designs they have, much like Seiko. So I was somewhat pleasantly surprised to find that this watch is quite well crafted and nicely finished. The all stainless steel case is on par with most modern stainless watches--very heavy, with an adequate attention to detail, equal to its more expensive Swiss cousins. The rotating bezel operates smoothly; the crown pulls easily and the time/date setting functions properly. The dial is gorgeous, the hands and the markers sharp and easy to see. The lume is nice and bright even at the end of a long night. I'm especially impressed with the solid-link stainless steel bracelet. It has smooth edges and the brushed steel portions are not much different from much more expensive watches like Omega and Rolex. The only complaint I have with the bracelet is the locking, fold-over clasp, made with rolled steel: as it is new it is very difficult to open the two clasps to remove the bracelet. This is probably good, as with long-term use the clasps will probably wear in and loosen up, but for now I nearly need a small screw driver to pry them open. You can call this watch "Swiss" but it is really only a "Swiss Movement" watch, most likely assembled in Asia. But, the assembly seems to be good and the quality control tight. As to the Swiss movement, I've tried to find out who makes it. Most likely Ronda or ISA, but without opening it there's no way to know. I set it according to my computer time and synched it with my Hamilton Khaki quartz and 24 hours later it is still right on the money, exactly in synch with both the Khaki and the Mac. I am further impressed that the second hand hits the marker dead on for most of the markers all the way around the dial. None of the Seiko quartz watches I have do that, so it seems to be a good movement. While this Invicta has a water resistance claim of 200M, I would not chance even taking a quick dip in a swimming pool given the fact it does not have a screw-down crown. Most likely that feature would add a few bucks to the price, but I think most watch enthusiasts like myself would pay a little more for the added assurance that if someone just happens to push you in the pool you will still know what time it is when you pull yourself out. Overall, my first impression is four stars. If it had a better, push-button clasp and a screw-down crown I would rate it five stars. Let's see how it does over the next couple months, and how it compares to the more expensive Hanowa. So far, for the money, it seems like a real bargain floating in a sea of overly-pricey Swiss watches. DECEMBER 23, 2012 FOLLOW UP REVIEW. Have to keep it at 4 Stars due to the slight inaccuracy of the quartz movement. Not a big deal but to earn 5 Stars quartz movements should be accurate to within a few seconds per year and this Invicta has lost nearly twenty seconds over the past two months. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great watch for the money and after all, what difference is 20 seconds going to make, ever?

To start off this watch is beautiful, fancy but in a simplistic and modest way, making it well worth the price line of 65 dollars. It came in a nice yellow box with an instruction booklet and warranty papers as well as some information about the watch and its functions. It was difficult to figure out how to correctly set the watch as I was expecting the crown to pop outwards while you just have to pull it out after turning it counter clockwise. The band was beautiful with the invicta insignia on the clasp, however it was a bit large for me so I had to get it resized at a jeweler in town that charged 12 dollars for it. The watch keeps great time and is very comfortable to wear, I sometimes even forget I'm wearing it. It's luminescence is also very nice as it is in no way difficult to see any of the hands or time markings. I haven't tried it underwater but I've heard good things about the pro diver series in relation to water proofing. If you're a diver or just looking for a nice watch at a modest price then give this one a look.

It is a great watch in a sturdy case and well worth the money; however, at this stage in my life I am buying some watches for the movement. This watch did not come with a Swiss Quartz movement as advertised, it came with an automatic Japanese movement. I actually bought the watch to compare the Swiss movement to the Japanese quartz movement. I'm not displeased as I have other watches with this movement and quite frankly I found it as good at keeping accurate time as a Rolex, unless Amazon wants it back, I plan on keeping it, it just isn't what I ordered is all

First Amazon.com Services, was the best the watch was brand new and covered with stickers unlike other sellers. + The watch looks and feels good it dose the job for me without braking the bank. As a teacher I attend a lot of classes and meetings so it goes with the suits and casual clothes. + The size is 40mm The watch uses quartz movement which is more accurate than automatic (less headache) however the hand for the seconds it does not accurately align with the lines inside the watch (not a Rolex) This watch does not meet the accuracy of Casio or Seiko Quartz movement The lume (the illuminated parts) is very bad it can hardly qualify as working After all the watch does the job of looking expensive but do not get your hopes up
