I ordered two sizes to check sizing and found it runs true to size. The sleeves have Velcro straps to tighten them up. The hood is nice too and gives good coverage. I got this waterproof, winter jacket for my partner, and he absolutely loves it. It's warm, cozy, and has a bunch of pockets plus a big hood. For reference, he's 5'11'' 255 pounds, and he's wearing an XXL. He'd probably be able to wear an XL, but he wanted it a bit big in case he's wearing something thick underneath. This is great. It has a lot of pockets and lot of room to move. It's also comfortable and very warm. Haven't used it yet in real cold weather yet; but i feel that it will keep a person warm. You can't find jackets like this much and when you do, it's wonderful.
