    • The hose is questionable...
The hose they supply with unit did connect to my toilet however it started a small leak over time. To be on the safe side go to your local parts store & buy a better quality hose it cost under $10 in my situation.

    • Started leaking after few months of use- seller fixed it!
Revised Review on 10/17/2021 I got in touch with the seller through Amazon. I Was pleasantly surprised to see sellers reply next day to my message. They asked me to send the pictures of the problem which I did. Within next two days, I received new bidet. I am very satisfied the way seller responded to my complaint. Revised review on 10/13/2021 I was extremely satisfied with this purchase until today when I saw the bidet started leaking. The leak is not at the connector level but within the bidet itself. I owned loads of bidets before but never came across this type of leak before. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews about this product. For most of the bidets in the market , T adapter is installed at the tank. This one is designed to install T adapter at the water shutoff valve. That’s the only difference. In my case, I was specifically looking for the bidet that can take water line from the T adapter at the shutoff valve, as my American standard toilet does not have enough room to install T adapter at the tank. Works Had to add spacers to the underside of seat Also had to change seal that goes from the adapter to the toilet water supply . The one provided would not seal. Changed to a cone shaped seal.
