I used these as part of a simple obstacle course for my preschool classroom. They got a big workout through the course of the day. Kids stepped on them, ran into them, and jumped on them. They twisted them around so much that the yarn that was holding them up between 2 chairs that the yarn broke a few times. At the end of the day they were still inflated. I think the use they'd get on the water would be much more calm than what we did to them in my classroom. The float size is for adults. The children slipped through easily, which is what I needed for my obstacle course, but I wouldn't use this for children in the water. Filling the tube was not the breeze I had hoped. I had to pinch while blowing air in, which meant that my air pump didn't work with it, so it had to be done manually. That's A LOT of hot air. ... show more

These tubes are surprisingly tough! They have survived several river tubing trips over 2 seasons. I used 4 of these tubes to float a 500 lb boat lift into place, then popped the tubes to sink the lift and set it in place. 4 tubes easily carried the weight of the lift, but I couldn't pop them, short of stabbing them with a utility knife. Bought these for the MGM lazy river since they sell theirs for $25!!!! Save your money and get these. They held up well with two tall adults. When we left, we gave them to people who didn’t have one. Superb value!

    • Hard to inflate
Great quality and colors, near impossible to inflate. We tried manually and with an air pump and it took FOREVER. We ended up only inflating 2 because it took that long!

They have been inflated for two years. The kids use them all summer, then durring the off season, I use them to help keep the cover off the water. I have been shocked to see how well they hold up.

We loved these tubes! We ordered the 4-pack and received one pink, one yellow, and two orange. These were used at our camp on a lake with a stone beach. They held-up beautifully for the season. We rent our camp and allow renters to use our floats. We usually have to replace our tubes a couple of times throughout the season as they take a lot of abuse but these are still inflated as big as they were on the day I put them into service! I am an extra-large-sized adult and putting this over my head and upper body is possible but, it is too tight to wear for comfortable floating in that way. I am comfortable sitting in the hole of the ring and floating on it in that manner. These tubes are the perfect size for my average-sized twenty-something children and their friends.
