We’ve had this for 2 summers now with no issues! Our son is 3 and loves it, plays in it for hours. Pros: it’s big and great for multiple kids, it sets up fast and easy, has lasted so far and seems it will continue to last for us. Cons: hard to dry out- has caused staining on the vinyl, if you want to use it multiple days the blower either has to stay on or you have to refill it each time. Sprayers are all or none- I like to turn the hose on low so it’s not so intense. Would definitely recommend!

We bought this for my son’s 5th birthday party knowing it would give us a summer full of fun and it has not disappointed. It’s made well and we’ve had no issues whatsoever. I even accidentally left it out on a windy day and it blew over on a t-post (completely my fault) and got a huge hole in it and after a quick Gorilla Duct tape repair, it’s good as new with no issues. This thing has been USED ya’ll. These kids do not go easy on it and it’s done great. I also HIGHLY recommend the two slides. One would just not be enough. The kids LOVE it!

The seams on this product did not even support a a toddler and 1st grader. So upset with this product. The blower worked fine but this item would not hold air because the seams were defective in multiple places, which resulted in large holes so the air would not hold. Because it’s the threading there’s no way I could even fix myself. I contacted Costaway to ask if I sent the defective part back if they could replace it only. I didn’t ask for a refund or a full new product. Just for a working product. My kid’s are extremely upset. Nearly $400 for a product that doesn’t work at all even for less than half the weight limit listed. The response was that they could not replace, refund or even send replacement parts. They said they could send photos to the manufacturer to see if they might be willing to provide any assistance. That’s unacceptable to me. I will never buy from Costway again. The quality is terrible. Lasted for 5 uses and refused to resolve the issue. Definitely going to review with consumer reports as well. I will be looking for another brand for our future purchases.
