I was skeptical and at the same time impulsively bought this water slide! This thing is amazing!! We had 3-4 adults at the bottom part of the slide in the pool area while the kids played and slid down. There is plenty of room for adults and kids! The set up was super easy and tear down took about 10 min. We let it dry out over night and I rolled it up by myself and put it back in the garage. So glad I bought this! I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. This is the best investment I’ve ever made. I have two young kids and this is going to make summer so much fun! Very simple to put up and down!

Definitely not “commercial grade”. Entire unit blows bubbles through the seams much more than any I’ve seen... I called the company and they said it’s supposed to do that. I have Never seen a commercial inflatable leak like this one does unless it’s years old. The drain under the pool is missing which they said is a “manufacturing defect”. They said I could return it or they would offer me a partial refund. Then come to find out they were only going to give me a discount on another unit. Then I asked for a specific unit and they said they can’t discount me that one because they’re getting low on stock and offered me $200 off of an even more expensive one. Also they say it’s 9oz and 15oz vinyl. BUT the only 15oz vinyl is the slide and ladder area. The rest of the entire unit is 9oz. Xjump, herokiddo, and jumporange are all sister companies and they definitely made up my mind on purchasing anything else from them. If you buy this, buy it for personal use. Completely aggravated at this whole situation and how they handled it. ... show more

    • Doesn't even feature a drain
I've has this big boy for some weeks now, more than likely returning it for 1 simple reason, there's no drain. Everyday when I must turn it off some water stays, this water will be filthy obviously so you gotta Manually get rid rid of it before filling it up. It's a hassle. Besides that, I think the quality isn't bad, there is a Manufacturing defect though where the water comes out, there's a small hole which doesn't seem intentional. I do see this lasting quite some seasons but personally I must return it for something that actually features something as basic as a drain. ... show more
