    • Will not maintain heat level.
Everything about this model is good. EXCEPT the heat / temperature. The main purpose of a hot tub!! We have the tub in an enclosed, covered screened patio in Southern Louisiana. It still cannot maintain even close to 104. Even without air jets. Which makes it a large, luke-warm bathtub. Takes a long time to heat from 98 to 104 with full cover on. 104 lasts with no jet under 5 minutes. And quickly drops from there. Want to return it and are still within window. How would we ever get it packed back in the boxes..??..you can't. No way buy for a colder climate. We have to boil water and add to enjoy for maybe 15 minutes. scored low on efficient because it has to run non-stop to try to keep at 104 ... show more

    • Very nice for the price
This was very easy to set up on our patio. I took more time to make sure we had a nice and level foam pad underneath for comfort and insulation from the pavers. Half inch thick foam pads from Harbor Frieght was a great price for these. The instructions were fairly good. The only thing I was confused about was the "air gap pad" having to be inside the cover before inflating. It was much easier inflating it outside the cover, then making sure it fit snug inside the hot tub and throwing the extra, extra heavy cover over all of it. You do all of the inflating with the motor in the unit and a special hose that comes with it. We loved feeling the water jets over our tired and hot bodies here in Phoenix (118°). So there was no need to turn on the heater until about November. It will seat 3 average size adults just fine. I would highly recommend as of now (they're always antsy for a review right away) and will amend this review if it doesn't last very long. ... show more

After searching for a jacuzzi and reading their reviews we made our choice.. We needed one tall enough to use as a portable Baptismal tank. We decided on this one.. It’s one of very few deep enough to place a stool in for your patrons to sit…Also sturdy enough for an average person or child to sit on the side and lift legs over to in enter..Or still low enough to step over.. For us so far, has it fit the bill!! ... show more

    • Nice hot tub but it only lasted 3 weeks before leaking
Our hot tub was awesome for about 23 days before it started leaking. Just want to share that the manufacturer is Intex who sells to Spreetail, who then works with Amazon. Intex was friendly but then didn’t even have the hot tub replacement in stock. Then Spreetail would not consider my disability to waive the returning of the already destroyed hot tub. So they will refund my money only when they receive the hot tub that Intext instructed us to distroy back to them. I did love the hot tub and have learned that a rubber pad under the hot tub will protect the bottom of spa from damage and leaks. Neither Intex or Spreesail care at all if you are happy or not. Very easy to assemble. Took a bit to get temperature up there but it's amazing the bubble jets are high powered and the cover keeps the temperature in the tub, the tub itself is firm and not soft when inflated. We hope to get many years out of it. Only negative I don't think 4 adults can use at one time but two can comfortably sit. The light in it is awesome at night. The bubbles are strong, the temp stays hot. When the bubbles are on it looses a little, but I love it. This one is much better material. Seems to be puncher resistant.
