Bought this vacuum for our above ground pool. Thought it was cheap and said I guess I’ll try it. Love it ! Simple to hook up, easy to clean , and works great. It picks up sand, hair, leaves, and small sticks. We have a large oak tree close to our pool. Great product for the price. Suggest anyone with above ground pool. If I could give zero stars for this product and company i absolutely would. The product In The Swim sells does not do what they are claiming it does, it’s trash. DO NOT BUY! The customer service is almost worse than the product itself. For a pool product they gave a 30 day window of return. Therefore when I had ordered this pool cleaner to have on hand it was past the 30 days by the time I went to use it, only to find out it does absolutely nothing. I then requested a refund and was told by the In The Swim team that they are not the manufacturer so they could not process a refund since it was past the 30 days. I tried to explain that I bought it earlier than i initially needed it so when i did need to clean my pool I would have it on hand. They did not care. They proceeded to give me a link that would not work for me to file a claim with someone else which is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If you have a really dirty pool, this isn't going to get it clean. But if you use it for maintenance a couple times a week, it works great. The problem I ran into was we've been working in our backyard, so there was a lot of dirt in the pool. I thought, well, I'll just drop this vacuum in, and it'll pick everything up. What it did was pick up some of the dirt, but mostly blow it around into the water, making the water very cloudy. This vacuum does not work with the intake valve, it works on the return, so the water actually blows to move the vacuum around, which creates a suction to pull things into its filter. I also had to upgrade my pump for this pool to the ZX100 sand pump to have enough force to use this vacuum. Again, if you drop this in the pool after a day of swimming, it works great. And you can't beat the price of this product. ... show more
