Not the great fireproof protection of better quality ones, but not heavy, easy to put together and when full and bolted to a wall, pretty secure. I like this locker. Nice quality, it isnt a super thick and heavy safe, but it isnt priced as one. Good quality. I found it easy to assemble. Its fairly heavy but easy to move with a dolly after assembly. The door has an inside cover so whats inside wont jam the locking mechanism like my other cheaper locker. I would buy again and recommend this to anyone.

Came in pristine condition carefully packaged. Looks like quality construction for the price. As serious gun owners will say, it’s labeled a safe but it’s more of a heavy duty locking cabinet. My home is old with narrow doors so no 3 or 600 pound behemoth is going to be able to make its way into my basement. Rifle brace is sturdy and the top compartment holds about 3 pistols give or take depending on size. 5 rifles looks doable bit a bit tight. I leave the key in the lock on the top locking compartment. I see no need to remove them when the main door locks. I’d just lose them and have to break in. Battery compartment cover is flimsy, thr clip snapped the first time on and I had to secure it with a piece of heavy duty duct tape. Also it will not feel super secure until it’s bolted to the floor, wall or both. It’s not something I’d leave free standing, especially with kids in the house. For me it fit the bill perfecrly, decent quality push button lock security for a long gun and a few pistols that doesn’t break the bank and will fit through my basement door. Secures from curious kids and makes a casual burglar have to put some extra grunt work in to get at your weapons.

Amazing safe, had a little problem following the instructions but after checking a couple of videos we're able to add my password and finger print, the safe inside is covered on soft material to protect the guns, if you have more than 2 rifles go with the next one 5 to 10, little small to set my AR with scope and my VR60 but managed playing around. Top small safe have the shotgun magazines and ammunition on the sides some ammunition and my magnapupl magazines, like it a lot and add extra.safety

It's Amazon, so you know you're getting a Chinese product. Set your expectations accordingly, and you'll do fine. Pros- -Priced to sell. -It does what it promises, which is to provide a secure place to store weapons. It won't keep the lockpicking lawyer out, but it will keep the kids out. -The door pockets are nice and convenient. Cons- -Flimsy sheet metal that makes loud war-drum like noises during moving and assembly. Don't try to put this together while your neighbors are sleeping. -The small shelves that sit on the corners are a cruel joke. They couldn't be bothered to bend the tabs at the factory, and they want you to grab pliers and bend the tabs yourself, causing imperfect and misaligned bends that causes the shelves to pop out. These are best thrown away, and other creative uses of the panels should be considered. -The instructions suck. They're just poorly drawn pictures with no written instructions. You have to look for VERY subtle clues that tell you which direction certain panels are supposed to be oriented in. -The foot pegs that were included are not for the model of safe I purchased. The instructions call for a different set. -The interior side panels they included are unnecessarily difficult to install because they call for sheet metal screws instead of using machine screws with a welded nut. The pre-drilled holes for the machine screws were not aligned properly. -The 10-12 gun storage is misleading. It's more like 6-7 long guns with 4 pockets for pistols.

For the price, the features and size of this safe is great. I have it mounted to wall and I have absolutely no issues with this item. Fingerprints, setting the code, alarm settings were a breeze. Assembly was a breeze...I setup by myself and it took me roughly 2 hours (took my time). My only disappointment about the safe is that the led light is dim. But I fixed that by purchasing a motion light for $10 (problem solved). Other than that, I have no regrets on this purchase. Anyone on the fence buying this, pull the trigger.

This is a very flimsy and cheap gun safe in my opinion. The simple shrew it together Idea is great when everything is assembled correctly on the manufacturing side. The right panel was welded upside down with the shelve brackets lining up with the other 2 panels the top cannot be secured properly and the bottom will not lock in. The bottom has 4 lock bar system all at different heights and when you can finally get one to work the legs that are supplied do not reach the ground. Amazon requires one to tear it back down damaging further to put it back in the box it came in for pick up in order to return it.

I had some issues at first which were a little annoying with the seller. Important thing to know is that all of their safes are the same size, one of their listings just has the wrong measurements. Just reach out before buying to make sure you have the right dimensions… lesson learned. Otherwise this gun “cabinet” is great. Just be sure to pay attention to the directions when assembling. Does the job and keeps my stuff safe. I did not anchor it as I live in an apartment complex, but I put my Thor hammer weight in the back as seen in the photo to stabilize it. I added my own felt to complete the look, and I used rug holders to keep the bottom felt it came with in place. I also added LED motion sensing lights to it because the lighting it comes with is laughable. It uses Hornady square lock system so keep that in mind for accessories. This is the older model and still has fingerprint access for ease of use.
