Missing hardware to mount the shotgun inside the cabinet. Damaged outside, I'm sure it's due to the method of shipping. (See pictures) Really loved this overall, biometric finger print holds up to 30 prints. It was easy to do. Door is difficult to close, gets stuck, probably again do to shipping damages. Have 4 stars bc it's great safely and peace of mind to store all of our firearms, for the price. It arrived quickly as well. Messaged the seller about the missing hardware, hoping we'll be sent that, I'll update the post when I hear a response.

The build quality is subpar however it was kind of expected for the price. My main issue is it arrived with 2 dents and no instructions on how to put it together. The safe needs to be mounted to a wall or else it tilts forward. Its a good budget option if you dont mind a few dings and a project trying to figure out how to put it together.

This is a sturdy unit which fit together nicely. The directions could be better and a novice would probably have trouble with the assembly, but someone with mechanical experience should be able to figure it out. The fingerprint reader works better than expected and I am happy to be able to quickly and easily open the safe. Note that although this is called a safe, it is not of the 10 ton bomb proof variety. A thief with tools and some time could get in, but it would take a little work. This is more for keeping kids and curious visitors out, which is what I wanted. Good purchase.

The cabinet looks great however I received a defective unit. I will change my review if the seller can send me a new door in a timely manner. The door on the unit that I received was not assembled correctly the bolt that should exit the bottom of the door is positioned to the outside of the guide sleeve instead of on the inside of the guide sleeve, which prohibits it from exiting the actual door.

Very good for what you get. You can fit a surprising number of long and handguns in this. Not the great fireproof protection of better quality ones, but not heavy, easy to put together and when full and bolted to a wall, pretty secure. I added a dehumidifying pack to mine and the guns have stayed safe and dry for a year.
