The media could not be loaded. I have slept on hideaway beds before and I have always been able to feel the coils/metal through the mattress. However, with this bed, I can't. The bed itself arrived almost put together. The wheels did need to be installed and once on, I was able to move this bed around my flooring with no issues. I have both laminate and tile in my home and I was able to move this bed around with no issues. There is a lock on this bed and once it's locked, it does not come open by itself. The mattress did take about a day or 2 before it was at it's fullest capacity and once it was, I tested. The mattress is super soft and conforms to my body. I actually ended up falling asleep on this thing and woke up very well rested. Fits my basic twin sheets. I have had to recently sleep on this for an extended period of time due to family coming into town but I was definitely okay with that because it was still surprisingly comfortable throughout their stay.

I like that the bed is comfortable and has a good size. The only problem is the screw kept getting loose. Once we made sure to tighten them tightly bed was fine

I'll start by saying I researched and read tons of reviews on rollaway beds before I purchased "2" of these beds. It came very well packaged. I wanted for an extra bed for when we have company. I needed a bed to support at least 300 lbs. I loved that the frame was made of alloy steel. The assembly was over all easy. The mattress was very comfortable to lay on and it was a bonus to have a dust cover included. Grant it, we have only used the bed once, but we are very happy with this purchase.

The mattress is nice and thick. Guests said it was comfortable. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. The problem is the mattress is so thick that the bed is really hard to fold up. It takes two people to get strap to close and then you really can’t get it to the frame. Also, you have to attach the four support bars each time you set it up. I probably wouldn’t purchase again.

It is comfy for a cot. Can't expect bed comfort. I'm rating it a 4 because I wasn't able to set it up by myself. When I put one side down, the other one would pop up. It endes up taking two people. Or maybe I just couldn't figure it out.
