    • Nice connectors and thin cables, but the wiring is really stiff.

I typically use the Monoprice slim ethernet cables, but decided to give these a try since the others weren't available in the timeframe I needed. While they do work and are good quality connectors, I noticed that the cabling itself has a very stiff jacket and does not have the flexibility of the MP versions. That would lead me to believe that these might be more resistant to abrasion and wear, but having them behind and on top of desks isn't something that should cause wearing, so I would have preferred the flexibility of the MP. However, they pass ethernet just fine and even POE is no problem. I just knocked a star off due to the jacket not being flexible and can be really difficult to route around stuff on a desk, or even making the cable portable (i.e.-keep in a laptop bag). ... show more
