    • Missing SSD drive
Upon opening package and pulling out PC, I noticed a rattling sound. I removed the glass panel to inspect the unit and one RAM card was flipping around loose in the bottom corner. No big deal. I popped it into the appropriate socket and marveled and how small M2 SSD'S have gotten, then became increasingly suspicious that there was no drive. After attempting 3 different working displays, the tower only powered on (and could not be powered off without unplugging) and no video display signal was ever evident. This was a very big disappointment as the OS and Office Suite were supposed to be included but in the absence of a drive, they are not in fact present. ... show more

It's a really decent machine as a base. A gamer it is not, at least for modern games, but.... Good CPU (Ryzen 7), 16gb ram, Gigabyte motherboard, they include a usb wifi, Windows comes installed on a 512gb pcie card (which was totally unexpected and why some folks are saying the system is missing parts-they are expecting to see a 2.5 or 3.5 hdd) As others have stated the PSU is trash (really light) but not a big deal as I had already planned on replacing it so that I could add a PCI-e video card. All in all the quality is good, the price is great, shipping was fast, and I am really satisfied with the purchase. I owned a custom gaming shop for years and can confirm I would have charged more. They do not deserve the low reviews, I think some folks just don't look at what they get for the money spent. ... show more

Got this for Christmas gifts. Within 2 days of setting it up, they crashed. It went from loading slow, crashing, not loading, and not being able to log in at all. Troubleshooting steps were made and failed. Tried to reach seller to more help, but their location in Colorado has no contact information and company is located in Germany. Sending both PCs back in hopes to actually get money back from them. Thought they would be good starter PCs, but it is not what is seems to be. The boxes were in bigger boxes with bubble wrapped placed on top of one like it was thrown in there and the other has it pushed down on two sides. There was zero care in the packaging, don't think that played a part in the crashing. Do not know if it is normal to hear rattling in a gaming PC, first time ever buying them. ... show more

The computer is great. The installation of Windows 11 was a little wonky at first and buggy. But after updating it so far has not been too bad. I really needed a Windows 11 computer and this one fit the bill. I am going to def upgrade the Video Card to something better along with the power supply. The seller does not give too much information about the PC but here it is. AMD Athlon(tm) X4 950 Quad Core Processor 3.50 GHz the motherboard is an A320M-S2H v2-CF 16 gigs of DDR 4 ram at 2400mhz Nvidia Gforce GT 1030. The PC runs great and as long as you update it. should not have as many bugs. The really hilarious thing I found though is that it says that Windows 11 was installed on 9/‎24/‎2084 Which I personally think is really cool and gives my PC uniqueness. Just hope that is not a problem with the clock or something. A couple of other things I noticed is that at least this PC's version of Windows does now do tabs in the folder explorer. And my other versions of windows 11 on my other PCs do. Not sure what is up with that. But I do wish it did. Either way, it also came very fast when it was sent out. Only took 4 days to get to me though it did take 4 days before that to be shipped. But either way it did not take long. The PC runs fine too when you do game design and runs Unity 3D really well. Will be even better once I get a new video card installed on it. Anyway, I like the PC for the price. And also love the RGB lights on the fans. It is a good PC if you want to upgrade it. and it having windows 11 is a plus. Even if it was a little buggy at first. This one is def a pass. ... show more

This is a great pc for games/work. Mine had come with all of the parts and works excellent. It may not be lit up in led but it is good for gaming I have had no trouble.
