I would love to tell you how this system runs and how easy it was to setup, but I did not order any RAM to go in it since the product listing stated it came with 64GB of RAM. Just to be clear it did not come with any RAM. Contacting them about this only gave me a reply loop headache. They sold this as a barebone system, which does not come with RAM or SSD. Understood, but listing clearly states that the system has 64GB of RAM installed. This is a barebone system... I also stated that their listing clearly states in at least three places that the system comes with 64GB of RAM installed, but they would not budge on their position, only recommended that I return the system for a refund. I would rather not do that since obviously I would probably not get another one. I understand that mistakes are made, and I do not believe that I am asking for too much for them to honor their listing. This used to be what they would call false advertising, and companies would be forced to make things right, but that is not the case anymore apparently. I post all this to say, Caveat Emptor, buyer beware. If you understand clearly that this system comes with nothing but the case and motherboard, you are good, just make sure you pick up RAM and an M.2 SSD and it also does not have Windows 10 installed either. ... show more

    • Great compact PC
This thing is a little boss of a computer. Fast and mostly quiet. I put a 3080Ti founder's edition card in it and it hasn't had a hiccup yet after a few months of using it. Be sure with a graphics card you get a thinner one, many of them take two slot spaces but occupy 2 1/2 with their fans and egregious corners and angles for the fan shrouds... FE cards are in a flat simple rectangle. Putting it together its a bit cramped but once assembled its a heavy little shoebox that can really perform well. Folks say they dont like the skull on the face and yes it is clearly designed by 11 year old boys but fortunately you can turn that off completely and its invisible and same for the "mood lights"... Someone should make a PC case that is just a disco ball and get all of that out of their system. ... show more

    • Received faulty product
My son received this for Christmas. My husband spent 3 and a half hours on the phone with technical support trying to figure out why it is faulty. He has built multiple devices so this is not his first time. The options are to return it or send it in and they will get to it over the next few months.

    • Very Fast, Very Evil!
I got the barebone 11th gen i7 kit. I have three spots for nvme on the compute board and one on the bottom of the unit. This was a great improvement over the 9th gen box. Shipped timely and was great as from a consumer side. Personally, this is a solid buy for a computer. If you want a beefier spec type, go for the 12th gen but this is keeping up great with all I throw at it. Overall a great experience and thankful for it not being hard to get. ... show more

Amazing value. I would go ahead and use Intel Update manager to update the wifi, Bluetooth, BIOS, and serial drivers.
