  • Fantastic CPU, But Be Mindful of Your Motherboard Choice
Style: Processor
First off, the whole purchasing experience was great. The seller was thorough and made sure I received the product in a timely manner, which is exactly what you want when you're excited to start a new build. I would definitely purchase this item again based on the processor's performance alone. This Intel Ultra 7 is an absolute powerhouse. It chews through everything from high-end gaming to heavy multitasking without breaking a sweat, and the combination of P-cores and E-cores makes the whole system feel incredibly responsive. Now, it's important to note that the only flaw I had during my entire build process was not with the chip itself, but with the MSI hardware I paired it with. I ran into some frustrating stability issues and had to wrestle with a few BIOS updates before the system would run smoothly. Once that was sorted out, the processor performed perfectly, but the initial headache was all due to the motherboard. So, while the Intel 265KF gets a full 5 stars from me for being an amazing piece of tech, I'd strongly advise anyone looking to build with it to do some extra research on motherboard compatibility beforehand to save yourself some trouble ... show more

  • Great budget cpu for gaming.
Style: Processor
This has been far outperforming my i5 12600k and i am overall happy especially the price. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Team blue here Value for money: for the price its a great all rounder Functionality: has performed flawless so far Cooling: Runs slightly warmer than my 12600k but i think thats by design and it never gets over 47 degrees celcius while gaming Stability: no issues with stability so far ,but i am running at stock ... show more

  • Great deal especially if you can find on sale
Style: Processor
I've read a lot of reviews about how this CPU is not worth it and under performs compared to comparable AMD CPUs especially for gaming -- and that's very possible if you are an extreme gamer -- but I've had no issues at all and is you can find it if sale like I did then I don't think you can go wrong with it. I've played CoD BO7 and Battlefield 4 and done light graphics and video encoding work with no issues at all. ... show more

  • Works wonderfully
Style: Processor
Did my first pc build and this cpu does really well. Pretty good value for money to my understanding so far. Plenty powerful for the games I personally enjoy playing along with daily tasks. It seems pretty stable and I'd definitely recommend.

  • Absolutely best bang for your buck!
Style: Processor
This CPU is amazingly fast! I put together a rig for editing 8k Insta 360 video and this computer just eats it up! So fast. No lag or delay. Just smooth fast processing! 20 cores just chews through the data.

  • Best cpu I’ve used or seen anyone I know use in many years.
Style: Processor
This is quite the beast of a cpu. Also I had no issues with building this pc vs last year when I tried to build a 14700kf rig. Needless to say I couldn’t get it to even load the bios endless memory issues regardless of the ram I used unless I went with small sticks which I wasn’t about to run another 32gb rig. My i7 3770kf ran 32gb and never had these issues. Long story short the cpu/chipset and bios don’t have all the crap issues I found with 12-14th gen’s and yes I even ordered a cheap i5 12500k or whatever just to try and bypass the issues and update bios but even that wouldn’t do it with three ram brands and two cpus on a x870 chipset asus tuf mb. Well I use gigabyte aorus wifi7 mb and 2 48gb of crucial ram with room to add two more. It’s a beast cpu and only issue I had was installing windows 11 since I had all my drives hooked up and found out it will split the OS partitions on other drives and break the install. Anyway I’d say I gained around 35-40% boot speed for loading the OS with my main drive being a m2 ssd. The bios is the only thing I see slowing the cold boot down to pretty much the same as my 3770kf build with a ssd. But that isn’t a issue loads stuff a lot faster. I highly suggest spending the money to just upgrade to this cpu vs trying to save a little with a 12th-14th gen i5/7. I’m pretty sure they got the i5 version of the ultra to just use my pc for more then just gaming. Audio production and recording ect. So I wanted a beast that I wouldn’t need to upgrade for another 10-12 years like my last one. ... show more
