Probably one of the best CPU’s I have EVER used. I do really heavy 3D Modeling and using both the CPU and GPU, it feels like my renders are going at superhuman pace. I purchased this CPU without realizing this generation runs HOT. If youre planning on purchasing one of these bad boys GET AN AIO OR LIQUID COOLING SETUP. Do not bother yourself with weather or not using an air cooler is gonna work fine, I did that and now I'm waiting to purchase an AIO cooler just to keep the temps down. ... show more

I wanted to upgrade from my i5 and figured it didn't get much better than this run of i9s. It was packaged well, looked brand new, and clean. It went in my big box easily and fit nicely. It is a huge speed upgrade. Everything loads 116% faster. My browsers are lightning fast. My video editing runs smooth and fast. The gaming is insane. Everything renders so smoothly and faster than I have ever seen. However, the dual cooler I had purchased for this i9 is NOT working to keep it cool enough. I have six or so fans running inside the box, and when playing online games like Path Of Exile and Once Human, it overheats to 160 degrees within five minutes. So, I need to do more research to figure out how to cool this thing down. If anyone has a recommendation, let me know. Bang for your buck, though, this is a HUGE upgrade from even an i7. ... show more
