  • Good budgetish cpu
Good cpu, I mean what else can I say. Very performant. Thermals are fine, didn't even need to upgrade my cooler.

  • Worth the money!
It's a middle of the road, value priced and future proof CPU. You cannot go wrong with this.

Tuff cpu especially for cpu based games like Fortnite on a budget. Gets really good performance for the price

  • Brains Meet Brawn and They Throw Down
Man, pairing this chip with my EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 was like dropping nitro into an already souped-up engine. The second I booted up, the system felt tighter, snappier—like it knew it had something to prove. Whether I’m gaming in 1440p ultra settings or messing around in Unreal Engine, this CPU pulls its weight and then some. It’s that perfect balance of muscle and finesse. Intel really went off with this one—those 14 cores (6 performance + 8 efficiency) are tuned like a street racer’s engine, ready to flip between chill and kill in a second. I’ve got Chrome with 30 tabs, OBS streaming, Discord in the cut, and Spotify vibin’—and not once did it stutter. The P-cores chew through high-demand tasks, while the E-cores hold down all the background noise without breaking a sweat. This thing doesn’t even flinch when I alt-tab between Warzone and a 4K render preview in Premiere. It’s not just multitasking—it’s like everything’s running in its own lane, smooth and uninterrupted. I even ran a few benchmark stress tests just to see what would happen, and the temps barely nudged when paired with a solid cooler. Speaking of which—let’s talk thermals. This ain’t a plug-and-play situation with any old fan. I slapped a 240mm AIO on it, and it runs cool even under heavy stress. You could probably get away with a beefy air cooler, but if you’re serious about squeezing out performance and maybe overclocking a little, liquid cooling is the way to go. That 125W base power ain’t just numbers—it’s a heads-up that this thing means business once all cores start firing. I also bumped the clocks up just to see how much headroom I had, and it stayed rock solid. Intel definitely gave us room to push without babysitting temps every two minutes. It’s also built for the future. Running on a 600 or 700 series board, I’ve got full support for DDR5, which pairs real nice with my rig’s faster memory. PCIe lanes handled my NVMe drives and GPU setup with no drama. Everything just syncs like it was meant to be. No weird bottlenecks, no chipset hiccups. From boot speed to game loading to creative projects—it all moves fast and fluid, like you’re working ahead of the machine instead of waiting on it. If you’re stacking this with something like a 3080, you’re basically setting up a power duo that can crush anything from AAA games to deep workflow projects without blinking. This CPU doesn’t just hold up—it leans in and asks for more. Feels like I finally unlocked the level where everything just works how it’s supposed to. ... show more

  • Great CPU, but update BIOS ASAP
Very powerful CPU, just remember to update your BIOS to the latest version and you should be fine. I also recommend grabbing a contact frame while you're at it.

  • Good but hot
Very powerful processor at a low price, it is a very strong and powerful processor so you will want it for heavy processes, it is very good in general, however, its same power is its greatest enemy, if you do not have good refrigeration it will get too hot
