The Intel Core i5-11400f is a cheap 11th gen CPU. I brought this as an upgrade for my i3-10100, and the difference is extremely noticeable off the bat. Gaming FPS and multitasking capability jumped up by significant numbers. The default cooler that comes with the CPU does a decent job at keeping the chip from overheating and relatively cool while idle, (though under load it may still heat up.), and comes with thermal paste pre applied.
