This is my second purchase of the Turbo InStyler. I’m still using my original, but it’s about 5 years old and I’m not sure how much longer it’s going to last. It’s by far the best hair dryer I’ve owned. Super lightweight and drys my hair pretty quick considering I have a very thick head of hair.

This dryer is AMAZING. I have high density fine curly hair that reaches my shoulders and this dryer cut my drying time in half (maybe even more like one third). I use it with the Xtava Orchid Diffuser (it fits if you take out the inner ring of the diffuser) and my hair looks so so good! I have long thick hair and no other dryer have done the job that I have given drying my hair until I came across the top hair dryer list. FIrst of all my hair dried in less than 20 mins. Normally, i would settle for not dripping hair. But the best part is, it dried nicely! This is just the first time I have used, so I am not sure how long this will last. ... show more

This is the Best hair dryer I have owned. Had the last one for 5 years and it still works, but not as great. The quality and longevity make it well worth the price.

    • This dryer is very loud, very heavy, and very very hot!
The dryer has only 3 controls for the heat: (1) OFF, (2) ON (hardly warm at all), and (3) HIGH (terribly hot). The Airflow dial is interesting, but no matter which setting I tried, the dryer was way too hot for my scalp and hair! Instyler formerly was a wonderful company. (I have always LOVED their rotating stylers.) Today, however, their Customer Service is practically non-existent. For almost a month I have been unable to reach them - by phone, by contact form on their website, or by email. When you phone them, you are switched to another number and, no matter which selection you choose, the response simply is "Extension 0001 is unavailable. Please leave a message." They have not contacted me by phone, email, or any other fashion. ... show more

    • Nozzle Does Not Stay On!
Good hair dryer but the nozzle comes off at the slightest touch or bump. Half the time the hot nozzle flush into my face. It’s irritating and frustrating. So if you like to use a direction nozzle don’t purchase this one.
