For me, this item is awesome. It brews quickly, works with the app and tastes great, but that's on the coffee. I can make about 3-1/2 12 oz cups. It's a great for an individual, maybe a couple, but not if you're heavy, coffee drinkers.

Swore I would never buy another Keurig after 3 I owned stopped working after a fairly short time period. Also, the Keurig return process is so difficult. Saw this coffeemaker reviewed favorably on Consumer Reports website and, so far, I love it! Simple and intuitive to use. Love the petite size which saves counter space. 😍 LOVE...It makes your coffee while your in bed from your cellphone. However, the downside to that is, it will ONLY do the 8oz size 😔. This defeats the whole purpose. It needs to make ALL sizes

Product is very easy to operate and works well. Only negative is that the water has to be refilled after 2 cups or so.

    • Broke after 3 months
Bought this device because I wanted WiFi feature. But it stopped working after 3 months. It won’t dispense water when brewing, while the reservoir has water. Tried to clean it with descaler fluid but no avail. So I moved on and got a Keurig without WiFi.

We have not used the app, but it is honestly a good coffee maker! We bought an older model of this that lasted about two years which is good for us because we use them so much! It is easy to clean, and makes a nice; hot cup of coffee. I agree that it is better than the kuerig which we had for awhile as well. I definitely recommend this product! Thanks! ... show more

    • Small footprint and does what it should
I mostly use mine for hot water for my french press, but guests have been using with coffee pods. I don't really use any of the wifi features, but this works great and has a very small footprint on my counter. Reservoir is not very large and needs to be refilled frequently, but it's easy to do, and the reservoir actually fits in the water dispenser in my fridge, making it very easy to refill. ... show more

This coffeemaker didn't make a year. The decals have worn off and the amount of water dispensed is not consistent. Quality does not match the price. Went back to Keurig brand and much happier.
