The system works really well, just as described. I most certainly do recommend buying this Pump Kit. I had a minor issue with the pump timer, and after I contacted the supplier, they sent me a new pump. They also refunded part of the purchase price because the price had dropped by $25 within 30 days of my order. As a side note, I have seen a couple of negative reviews, specifically regarding their customer service. I am here to say that their response to my problem was very satisfactory. It would be nice if every company treated its customers the way they do! Again, you CAN buy this Pump Kit without hesitation.

Product works great. Instant hot water at the farthest bathroom. Only installation issue was at the by-pass valve. Company provided 2 adapters: 1/2 x 3/8 and two 1/2 x 3/8 water lines.One adapter had a leak I could not stop. Went to the home store and purchased two, 1/2 x 1/2 flexible water lines and didn't need the adapters. The rest of the installation was fine.

If you’re thinking about buying one of these, do it it’s amazing how effective it is at making hot water immediately available on the other side of your home. Incredibly efficient makes no noise in the timer shuts it off when you don’t need it I could’ve installed it myself, but because of my hot water heater it required some soldering and I didn’t want to tackle that

I initially reviewed this company 1 star due to incorrect kit parts for USA private residential installation, the company contact person not knowing the difference between NPT (FIP/MIP) and Compression connection fittings, and also telling me they could not reveal their full company name and direct contact information due to Amazon privacy rules. I am revising my review to 3 stars only because the company offered to refund the cost of two kits I purchased and provide a "free" kit. The only way I can communicate with this company is through the Amazon contact seller communication tool. I've made numerous Amazon purchases and this is the first time a seller has refused to provide their company name and direct contact information (FYI, Veriwis is only a brand name, not the company's name). I asked the company contact person how, in this scenario, do I register my products for warranty and who do I contact if I need support in the future. Their answer was contact them using the Amazon contact seller communication tool. That arrangement gives me zero confidence this company is 100% legit, will honor their warranty, and will provide future customer support. It's a shame, because the pumps and kit parts appear to be high quality and the "free" kit I received is installed and working well, even though I had to purchase 3/8 compression adapters and water supply lines to replace the 3/8 NPT parts that came in the kit to be able to install it. Given all this, I can only give this product/company 3 stars and under the circumstances I think that's being a bit generous. They need to significantly up their product knowledge and be more transparent to earn customer trust and higher ratings.

Excellent! Works perfectly. It was an easy install and the quality is very good. Has attachments that will suffice for most installations. My only complaint was that the stick on clips to hold the thermostatic valve under the sink didn’t hold on my cabinet. You might have to use an alternate clip to fasten it on b the inside of the cabinet.

The system works well. The installation was easy. The connections were definitely an issue. All the threads were difficult to get attached. They are standard 3/4 npt. But they are not cut deep enough the adapters would only go on a couple turns which is barely enough. The adapters for the mixing valve all have a gasket and they all were challenging to get not to drip . I would purchase again but I would definitely check all the threads before I leave the shop in case I need to run a die on them. Customer was very pleased with the system.

After paying to have this installed this product only functioned properly for 3 weeks. It was too late to return to Amazon. Says it has a 3 year warranty on the Amazon write up but only came with installation instructions not contact information. Didn't even want to give a 1 star rating but I couldn't submit without filling something in. Out $$$$$
