These arrive in a descriptive black box. Inside the box are the two pairs of shoe inserts, a leather in-cased shoe horn, and a small manual. Everything was undamaged. I am using both of these in shoes (sneakers) that I go out with and that I do yard work with, so these are in my more active use shoes. What I first noticed about these was the thickness, which was substantially thicker to my previous ones, and how the yellow part is a sort of soft gel foam. They are quite comfortable and do help my foot problem, which is metatarsalgia caused by callus's on one foot. I like the gel inserts as that adds additional cushioning and softness in areas where that is very helpful. These do have arch support which I think is quite good. With most inserts I wish they were a little higher but I guess I have higher arches. Still they do offer arch support you can feel and are much better than not using any inserts at all. In using them in my active shoes and walking in the yard, which is hard as a rock right now due to the dry weather, I like these. They are comfortable, and they do help cushion my feet. My feet need all the help they can get. I found these easy to trim. The paper forms they include for measuring are I am sure helpful, but I did not need to use them. Once neatly trimmed, they slid easily into my shoes/sneakers. My only real drawback with these is the expense. A lot of people have foot problems and these are quite necessary to help mitigate those problems. But if your buying multiples to fit in more than one pair of shoes, and you replace them every couple of years, it adds up. I wish they cost less, but I do realize these are well made and better than your average shoe insert. So despite the cost I do like them very much and hope they will hold up to my yard work for some time to come.

I ordered these Orthopedic Insoles for Flat Feet from the MIBATUS Store for my husband. My husband not only has flat feet, he also has hammer toes and by the end of the day at work his feet, legs and back are hurting him and this is not only every now and then, it is an everyday occurrence. I saw these insoles and read about them and decided to get them so he could give them a try. My husband put these inside his work shoes and said he would try them out. That evening when my husband came home from work he said that he felt like they worked pretty good and he said that his back and legs were not hurting but his feet were still hurting a mild amount. He said it was much better than it was without them, my husband said that he wanted to give them a complete week before he gave a review. So, by Friday evening when he came home from work, he said that they had hands down beat any other product that he has used, even inserts from the Good Feet Store ($900 later)! He said that they gave his feet good support which helped relax his toes and his calf muscles. So, this is a great product that we do recommend them to others to try!

Both sets of insoles came in the box with sizing templates and a bonus gift of a mini shoehorn. The templates are nice but aren't needed as thankfully the cutting guides are right on the insoles. These ended up being half a size bigger than I needed - I was surprised to find there are only two cut options vs other insoles that have a wider range.

Packaged well and includes a handy information pamphlet. Having a template included is very nice if you need it as sometimes it can be tricky to keep them even when cutting insoles. As it turns out this pair was a perfect fit in my wife’s size 7 shoes, something to consider when ordering as this particular size was listed as 7 - 8.5. Having the multiple zones to assist with various activities and functions is better technology than most of her insoles and she noticed the difference when playing pickleball. These insoles are a bit thicker (maybe 50% more) than her previous favorites. This means they fit best in a deeper shoe. When she placed them in a lower top sneaker her heel would slip out when walking as it was raised up just that much to no longer fit in the existing heel design for that shoe. The shoe horn was not needed and so passed along to someone else.

I bought these insoles for my daughter who suffers from plantar fasciitis; and I’m really impressed with them. The 2-pair set, which even includes a shoe horn, offers incredible value for the price. Right out of the box, the insoles look and feel high-quality. She’s been using them for a while and says they provide excellent support and comfort. They’re perfect for all-day wear. Overall, these insoles are a great buy and have made a noticeable difference for her. Highly recommend!

I am unsure about these insoles and will most likely update this review after a few months if there is pain. They come packaged extremely fancy! They even come with a fake leather covered shoe horn for your keychain! There are 2 sets of insoles in the box. Unfortunately, I bought size Small and Im a medium, but they do fit up to size 8 (I'm 9), so I'm using them anyway. The arch is high but small (maybe due to the wrong size?) and goes clear across the bottom of the foot, which I thought was strange, but perhaps that is to help with the plantar fascitis? My plantar fascitis is healed but I thought it would be good to wear insoles like these on a daily basis so it does not come back. I'm not sure if these are the right ones, due to the arch feeling too tall & wide but short lengthwise. I just don't like the arch support, so I won't buy the larger size. Just wearing for 30 min and the arch is annoying & I fear will cause pain. These are a close enough fit to get an idea and the idea is that the arch support is just not feeling right. If you are looking for a high arch that goes clear across the bottom of the foot, then this is your insole!
