I don’t usually write reviews. However, that’s how much I like these insoles. I have a pair of leather Docs that got too stretched out due to long wear. The soles were typical Doc Martin rubber, solid and uncushioned. I thought the lifespan of my boots was over because they were now too big and stiff on the soles. I popped these insoles into them and now they couldn’t be more comfortable. It’s like walking on marshmallow clouds, in the best way. I don’t know biomechanically if they’re good for you, but they feel amazing! They might not last the life of the shoes, but worth replacing if they flatten over time. Pro tip: you will want a little wiggle room in your shoes prior to insoles, to allow for these to fit. ... show more

These are prefect for flat shoes or barefoot shoes where you need a little more support. They fit perfectly inside of my shoe, and left plenty of room for my foot to fit and not bulge outside of my flats. They offered sufficient support and comfort for daily wear.
