It is easy to use, heats up quickly, and steams really well for a small product. It is light weight. The water tank is a little small but it gets the job done. If you wanted a larger tank, you could go with a larger one but it wont be as light weight. I like this because my wife can use it without struggle to to the light weight. Ok so I love how easy it is to use. However, new to steamers, the water capacity is very little. I wanted to steam my duvet (Queen bed) and I have to do it in sections due to it running out of water quickly. But for a shirt or clothing item, it's perfect. This little steamer has been a game changer! I hate using hotel irons and ironing boards because the irons get filled with sediment and the boards have cheap covers. I have inadvertently scorched and stained so many shirts and pants (even on low settings). No more of that! This steamer has handled everything I have thrown at it and my clothes look so good. The hinge for the handle could use some adjusting (it folds too easily leading to a risk of burns) but if you're now rushing and waving the steamer quickly, it is not an issue. ... show more

I bought this to take with me for a trip to attend my friend’s wedding out of state. I liked that it didn’t take much room and was easy to pack and pretty easy to set up and use. I used it to steam my husband’s dress shirt and my maxi chiffon dress and the steam was fairly strong and it worked very well. I did have to refill the water reservoir while steaming my dress since the reservoir capacity is small, but expected since it’s compact and travel friendly. Edited this review!! I went to use for second time and barely any steam came out! Returning!! Worked great 1x. I love this little steamer. Pro, is it is lightweight and gets the wrinkles out quickly! Two cons but not deal breakers. The first: water reservoir is small and only holds enough water for about 1 garment to be steamed (to be expected for it is a hand held steamer). I absolutely love this steamer. I’ve had other steamers in the past that leak water when I tilt them. This steamer does not do that. It also acts like an iron so certain items I put on my ironing board and iron with the steamer. I have also been able to steam my bedspread while my bedspread still on my bed. OMG, this little steamer has been amazing. I'm able to quickly take major wrinkles out of any outfit and this really has improved the look of so many of my garments. Plus, if you buy items online that come in vacuum packaging, this takes the aggressive folds and wrinkles out in a snap. I've used it both at home and when traveling. However, this is very easy to use, it removes wrinkles quickly and it was a great price.
